Visiting here in Illinois and needed some coffee and I'm glad I found this coffee shop. The town itself is really nice and the coffee here did not disappoint. I got the Hope latte and it was amazing. It was just the right amount of coffee and flavor. The staff was super friendly and willing to give suggestions. The inside was really cute and had a lot of places to sit, and also had a good selection or local merchandise and apparel. I'm definitely going to stop by again before I head home. read more

Limestone is one of my favorite coffee shops! Their lattes are always delicious and I love that they create unique seasonal drinks each month. This month, their seasonal menu was valentine's themed. I got an iced lovebug latte, which had white mocha and raspberry syrup. I always have to get the pumpkin muffin every time I come here too because it's the best one I've ever had! They have a few tables and comfy chairs to do work or hang out with friends. I also love that they showcase art by local artists on their walls. Some of the art can even be purchased. read more

They have really great breakfast pastry items to choose from. The service is always excellent and timely. Came back again I had the hope latte which a portion of the sale gets donated. It's vanilla, cinnamon, and honey. I liked it! My son had the mix berry smoothie. It had too strong of a berry flavor for my liking. Their shirts are cute but they had no xl or xxl which seemed weird. read more

Came here after seeing a wedding venue nearby. A nice little coffee shop, with a dark vibe in my opinion. Service was great and quick, but I would say our iced lattes didn't have strong flavors. They both just tasted like regular iced lattes. I ordered a Tiramisu and my wife ordered a Sugar cookie latte. I thought the quality of the coffee was good but I think more syrup or flavoring is needed. I would be willing to come back and try a hot coffee. read more

I did mention to the woman making my coffee that it was much sweeter than previous and she looked at me shocked that I was saying something, it was very uncomfortable. My husband and I stopped by here on Christmas Eve morning while in town for the holidays as this was the only local coffee shop open early. The shop is located on a quiet street in downtown Batavia right next to the Fox River and has a cute rustic exterior and plenty of cozy seating areas inside. They have a small gift shop area where you can purchase locally made greeting cards and candles and they also sell loose leaf tea and ground coffee. The staff were welcoming and friendly and let us browse the menu without feeling rushed. There was a large selection of pastries including vegan and gluten free options but we just wanted coffee. The Limestone Latte was delicious!! I'm a sucker for white chocolate mochas/lattes and the almond flavor in this one was perfect. My husband chose an iced vanilla latte and was saying it's one of the best he's ever had. I chose some loose leaf lavender earl grey tea to take home and I can't wait to use it. We will absolutely be back the next time we are in town. read more

Nice little coffee shop Downtown Batavia. Street parking in front is limited. The interior has enough seating considering its size. Decor is colorful; they had a lot of bird paintings. They even have games to keep the kids (and perhaps adults) entertained. :) Thankfully the music wasn't blasting. Service was friendly. Pricing for the signature lattes seemed to be on par with other coffee shops, maybe a tad higher. The menu has some unique items, including coffee and tea drinks. We ordered a blondie latte and a fox latte, both iced. My wife enjoyed the blondie; I only had one sip of it, but appreciated that it wasn't cloying. Such a great go to coffee spot ! First off I love when a coffee spot had lots of signature drinks and the had a whole list of signature lattes ! There had ample seating so you could definitely come here to get work done , or just to chat with a friend ! They had two outdoor tables at the front of the store . They also had parking lots close by which is always a perk. Coffee is okay, but I've ordered the same drink several times and it always tastes different. I always ask for easy syrup and last time it was so incredibly sweet. The only thing that has been consistent is the rude staff that treat you like an inconvenience. I have never once been greeted when walking in or at the register. Not a single kind or welcoming word! Doing my weekend 6 mile bike ride and decided to stop and try this place. Since then I've been there several times. This Coffee shop looks small but it's actually pretty big. They have a few tables outside in front and they also have indoor seating. I have tried several of there hot coffees and they have not disappointed. I didn't realize this is how they make their lattes so I will not be returning. Great servers, varied menu has frozen blended or hot coffee/espresso, fresh-brewed teas selection, home-made quiche and cookies. Other items like sandwiches and muffins are all tasty. Local artists prints on the wall, relaxed usually quiet atmosphere. Lots of comfy seating & wifi make this a great spot to either work on your laptop at a table or sofa. Great, happy coffee/tea house! Was quite lively when we arrived shortly before noon, most tables full but found a couple spots along the window which made for good people watching. Pretty much anything you'd want in a coffee or tea drink. Nice breakfast and lunch menu but on this trip we got lattes. My wife got a traditional latte but what caught my eye was a Sea Salt and Carmel latte. Wow, now that was good! Very very friendly people work here, just a "feel good" coffee house. I was in the area yesterday and wanted to check out a local coffee shop since I had about an hour to waste. I saw Limestone in my trusty Yelp app and headed over. They have an upscale divey feel going on that I enjoyed. A lot of customers seemed to be regulars and I almost felt out of place since I was the new face walking in. The cashier was friendly and helpful. I got an ice latte and it was pretty good. I sat down to work on my computer for a little bit and enjoyed the ambiance. There were a good amount of people working on their laptops as well and I was almost afraid I wouldn't have a seat because they all looked taken. Someone ended up leaving just at the right time so I took their table. For a Wednesday at 10am this place was busy! People must know and love this place. I'm glad it has a loyal customer base. I think my only complaint would be how loud it was. For everyone that was working peacefully, there were a ton of people enjoying great conversation. I can appreciate that but also wished it was a tad quieter. If I'm in the area again I will stop in for another iced latte! read more

I came here for their grand opening, it was decorated on the outside and super festive inside. I had a double stroller which was a little hard to maneuver but they made it no big deal to move around inside. The goodies were delicious. I love white chocolate mochas and they whipped up something very similar which was way better then Starbucks. Oh wow! We are so glad we dropped in. We were in Batavia visiting family and dropped by for some breakfast and coffee. We had the ham and cheese quiche. It was the best quiche I have ever eaten. The coffee was amazing. We will definitely be back every time we are in Batavia.The community was so wonderful that we stayed long enough to eat lunch.
