The entire front siding of my home had to be ripped off and replaced during the winter when it rains heavily every day. I was highly encouraged to move forward and get it fixed before more damage was done. PacWest continues to state that I 'waited too long' to reach out to them, when I reached out to them shortly after the issue had been brought to light and repairs were being made.
