The first technician, Peyton, was incredibly kind and reassuring -- he told me he'd seen way worse and instantly put me at ease. He was polite, professional, and efficient, and I only needed to be out of the house (along with my cat) for about an hour while he sprayed. You're guaranteed three sprays for one initial price, which I found to be very reasonable. When the second spray date came around, I was running behind -- my cat wasn't in her carrier, my stuff wasn't ready, and I was flustered. Peyton patiently waited for me to get everything together and even helped carry a few things to my car! That kind of kindness is rare and so appreciated. By the third spray, I had a new technician named Isaac, who was just as friendly and patient as Peyton (again, I wasn't quite ready -- when they say 11 to noon, expect 11 promptly! ). Both technicians were fantastic: professional, punctual, and genuinely kind people who made a stressful situation so much easier. I can't recommend Campbell Pest Control enough -- their customer service alone deserves five stars. Every time I called, a real person answered the phone - no robots whatsoever. I even spoke with the owner, Austin, who was extremely kind and is the reason I'm writing this review.

Our…read morehouse was so full of ants that we would find them on rugs, on ceilings, even in our bed at night. They were everywhere. We had Campbell out a couple of time, but it got worse instead of better. Then they sent Darryl, and he earned our eternal gratitude. He found ant trails we didn't even point out, or know we had, and figured out where they were going to and coming from. He went into rooms that we hadn't reported a problem in (with permission, of course...) and showed us where additional ant activity was. Then he baited incredibly carefully, to ensure our cats would not be at risk of exposure to the bait. (Our cats loved Darryl too!) He even followed up with a text a few days later, saying he was thinking about our job, and he wanted to know if the situation had improved! Who does that?! It had improved, by 85 - 90%, but we still saw ants. So he returned and spent an equal amount of time and patience identifying their sources. He went under the house, found evidence of a new rodent incursion and then covered the whole property to mend the holes in mesh that covered crawlspace vents, set traps and then came to explain what was going on under my floors. He showed me pictures of both the problem areas and areas that appeared secure under my house. We then walked the house perimeter to show where the critters likely got in there during the recent snowstorm. I'm confident in the accuracy of his assessment. Very reasonably priced an entire crew came out removed my vapor barrier rolled it up with dead rats…read morepoop pee and all stuffed it in sacks haul it out and made zero mess then they reinstalled a new vapor barrier and sealed it extremely well. Then they they sealed all of the entrances the rodents were entering the crawl space through and then they came out repeatedly to recheck traps for additional rodents. There was a lot of cat damage under the house so they were concerned about trapping a cat and kittens or the possibility of poisoning them. So everything was organically handled fortunately we never had any cats caught :-). Fantastic company! I'm purchasing a second house and definitely will be using them again.

Well....today while kicked back resting after working hard in the yard, another sales guy who identifies himself as the manager, shows up. Now Im beyond pissed off. Based on yelp reviews I called them. After confirming the type of termite (dampwood) Pete said not to do anything because they only live in that sort of soggy wood and they'd be gone in an hour. He was right! He then reassured me that they'd leave the house alone. I'd have spent a LOT of money if he'd told me I needed to get rid of them, so I'm extremely grateful for his honest advice. Over the summer, we discovered subterranean termites under our bathroom flooring and requested quotes from multiple companies. We chose Pete because we sensed a high level of integrity and trustworthiness when we speaking with him. He was very knowledgeable about termites and explained the extermination process in great detail. He recommended that for the most effectiveness, the best time of year to address our infestation was in the early spring. Pete was very responsive in getting back to us whenever we reached out. His crew was at the job site on time and completed the work on schedule. He did a great job of explaining what they were doing and making sure it was done properly. He also provided guidance on steps we could take to address some of the other pest issues we had been experiencing. We give Pete five stars!
