Each visit to Cara reinforces my ties to the bar. The wait and bar staff have consistently been helpful and attentive without being intrusive. The menu offers a great example of Irish pub fare, all reasonably priced. Very crisp, well-seasoned, and juicy in spots, not-so-juicy in other spots. Good flavor on its own and in tandem with our hot honey (generous cup), dry rub (ditto), and both.
