Came here for Super Bowl 2026. It was a great hang. Wasn't crowded (same in 2025) and they have a decent amount of TVs. We sat in a booth which gave us an up front seat to the game. The service is always impeccable. I usually find the food average, but this time I ordered the "House Cheesesteak" (pic attached). I got it with fries and I really enjoyed it. My husband and I decided to eat here on Memorial Day. We both ordered the blue cheese and bacon cheeseburger with onion rings. One burger was supposed to be cooked medium well and the other, well done. Both burgers were overcooked and the meat was nearly charred around the edges. Overall, the burgers were dry with barely any blue cheese on them. The onion rings were fried so hard that there was barely any flavor to them. To spend $54.00 including the tip, (the waitress was nice), we were very disappointed. We had never had a bad meal here. Secondly, we could tell that there was not enough waitstaff to handle the crowd of people dining in on yesterday. Management needs to do better. If I could I would give this review - 0 stars. My family and I visited the Yard House at Baybrook Mall, around 9:00 PM, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we walked in. When we approached the host stand, there were two female employees and one male employee standing there. We were never greeted or welcomed. Instead, we were stared at in a very uncomfortable and intimidating way. I asked for a table for four and spoke directly to a woman who later identified herself as the manager, Camille. Another hostess asked if we had a seating preference. I answered "no." I briefly turned to check on my family, and when I turned back, she repeated the question with noticeable attitude as if I hadn't answered her already. The employees were exchanging glances and smirking with each other, and at that point I decided we would not be dining there. As we were leaving, Camille sarcastically said, "Sorry about that," while smiling and smirking. I asked to speak to a manager, and she informed me that she was the manager. I calmly explained that the attitudes and lack of professionalism were unnecessary and that we had never even been greeted upon entering. She continued smiling through the conversation, which made the interaction feel dismissive and insincere. After leaving, I called back to verify the manager's name. The employee who answered the phone, Presley, was also dismissive and acted as though she could not hear me when I asked for a manager. Eventually Camille came to the phone and immediately offered corporate's number (18009322258) before I had even requested it. I contacted this number, and it is not corporate at all. This entire experience felt hostile and deeply uncomfortable. As a paying customer who regularly spends a significant amount of money at Yard House for my family of four, I expected far better treatment. I have continued supporting Yard House despite previous issues, including once discovering that an unauthorized tip had been added to my credit card after dining there. The CityCentre location consistently struggles with customer service, cleanliness, and food quality. Overall the restaurant feels poorly maintained. The Baybrook location has generally been a much better experience in terms of food freshness and staff professionalism. The booths smell unpleasant at times. I will be adding the restaurant to my list of Houston restaurants I no longer patron. They clearly did not want our money at all. I'm unsure if we were not on the color spectrum that they want in the restaurant, but I thought Yard house seemed to be diverse. Very disappointing experience overall. read more

The calamari was extremely greasy. I had to use my fabric napkin to press the grease out. Then some of the batter fell on my shirt and made a grease stain instantly. I was not impressed by the menu at all. Definitely not a place I would return to. I told the waiter about the grease and asked for napkins. She brought some... that's it. I hate places like this and the twist on food and no targeted type of food just provide different types which leads to trouble with good quality food. The wine I got was an embarrassing amount that shouldn't even be offered and should be removed from the menu. The prices are insulting and should be lowered to match the quality. First of all, this review was at the Seattle location. I was there on vacation but I like to think the quality and service is consistent throughout this business. I stopped in while I was waiting to catch the train because it looked really cool. The hostess stored my luggage for me and My server was fast and attentive. Ive been to Yard House many times and in many cities and it doesn't seem to disappoint, this last time I tried their tomato bisque soup which I enjoyed. Im a soup person, even in this triple digit degree Houston heat Im still ordering soup. My main dish was delicious. I got the Mediterranean Salmon with cauliflower rice, super yum...I want the recipe to the cauliflower rice because it never comes out so good at my house. I also tried some of other people's dishes, fish & chips & poke nachos. Fish was a nice meaty portion and golden brown crisp...this plate was huge as it came with 4 large pieces. This is a great way to sample the food and try multiple things. The portions are pretty big and sharable with 2 people. The place is pretty big inside with plenty of seating as well as bar seating. Great for big groups. Friendly and attentive staff. I like that you can pay your bill with your server or utilize the electronic devices on the table and pay. I knew I would give this a 5 star rating from the start, because from the very beginning Claudia was fantastic (start to end)! She was nice and attentive. As she took orders, my son ordered a burger he didn't know what the or temp/cook of his patty. She sweetly took the time to explain that to him. It took them about 15 mins before she started taking their drink order. She brought the table waters and noticed I didn't have my water yet and gave one of the waters for their table to me. Shortly after, my food came out. Food was amazing. Compliments to the chef. After asking for to go boxes, I sat waiting for Nyla to come back to help me check out. She came to the big table making sure they were good while she kept walking past me without saying a thing. From the time I boxed up my food to the time she came back was about 25 mins. And that's only because I used the device on the table to ring her to come to the table. I presented my coupon to her. It was valid 30 days. I received the coupon 12/29. She stated the coupon was expired. I asked her how when it's the 28th. She said she would ask her manager. Now, I have already sat 25 mins waiting on her to come and cash me out. When she said she would ask her manager, Nyla starts to take the orders of her big group. Upset isn't even the word at this point. After taking the orders, she disappears again, resurface and says, "the manager stated they could not honor it as today would make it a month, and she's not having an push back... I stated, "even if that's the case it would still be valid as today would be the last day. I asked for said manager, yet, she stated they were busy. I paid and left as I already spent too much wasted time waiting for my ticket. I will be giving the store a call as this is not good customer service. It's apparent the larger group was Nyla's biggest concern as that means a larger tip. And I get that, however, customer service is customer service. Been over 5 years since I dined at a Yard House location. Last dined at the City Centre one, but decided to go to the Webster location with a friend. Somewhat short wait in the evening on a weekday. Happy to get seated at a booth with a TV airing a baseball game in front of me :) Service was quick and pretty good/average. Although the menu has changed over the years to include some fusion dishes, the food quality isn't the same as before. Hard to mess up fried calamari; my favorite out of all the dishes. Shiitake garlic noodle was ok, more sweet than savory though. Parm truffle fries were also good but not crispy. There used to be more pasta options, but I decided to try Fontina Vodka Penne with shrimp. The dish was ok but underwhelming; thought there would be more flavor. Overall food is 3-3.5 stars but service/experience is 4 stars. read more

This time we as an appetizer the Poke Nachos, this came fast, the crispy wontons pair perfectly with fresh tuna and creamy avocado, I love the sriracha mayo, fresh coriander, and spicy jalapeños, all goes together so well! I love to order this nachos, never disappoint! We also had a Caesar Salad, was very simple, fresh, great Caesar dressing! Also we ordered the bbq Bacon Cheddar Burger, I asked for a double patty, so it was huge! Bread was good soft, buttery and toasted, meat was very juicy, great bacon and double cheddar, so good! The place was not packed or busy but was greeted and seated right away. This place is large and has outdoor seating but we decided to dine indoors. Our waitress had a large party that she was serving and she handle our table and their table like a pro. She was friendly, attentive,confident and professional. She was always communicating with us (because a large group can eat up your time) and checking on us. We did not feel ignored. Service was impeccable. We started with the Cheese Curds ( very good but be careful because you can fill up on these easily). Dad had a cup Tortilla soup and the Tuna salad. He was very happy with his selection. I visit Yard House once in a blue moon, and when I do, I always leave with a new appreciation for a dish I never tried before. Back before Labor Day late last year, I was introduced to the succulent Thai grilled pork chop. And yesterday, I became nicely acquainted with the Korean BBQ cheesesteak. We're all familiar with tacos infused with KBBQ, but unless I'm proven wrong, I doubt anyone knows a lot about the amazing sandwich I had. Kudos to the kitchen staff for bringing the culinary bests of Seoul and Philadelphia together for an epic, delicious partnership. The meat was chunky, chewy, and nicely seasoned. What amazed me the most was how the bread didn't fall apart despite the presence of the sauce. As someone who eschewed chicken for Lent and was a bit tired of burgers, I was glad to have chosen it for my late dinner. I did take a picture of the sandwich, but the lighting was terrible. Came in a little late with my boyfriend. So I know that was already annoying but we were prepared to tip well for time and service. We were quick to order with our server and that's was about all we got outta her as she continued to chat with her other tables and do last call for drinks while we waited patiently to ask for refills( never got the chance). We ended up getting out of there before her other tables anyway. I don't know if the service was poor due to us coming in late or maybe something else. But the food was very good we got the hummus, parm truffle fries, a burger and the bone in ribeye. All was fab. The steak was perfectly cooked and had a melt in your mouth charr to it.
