And honestly I was heart broken but it's not what I was told it was how we were told. The woman that told us we couldn't have the dog had 0 empathy for us. She couldn't have cared less about how we felt being told we couldn't have a dog due to us housing another dog for our friend for a month. The woman we talked to should have some level of care especially working for an animal shelter where we were trying to adopt. But the morals I guess draws the line at unneutered dogs and not euthanasia on innocent dogs but okay.
