Came here on a Saturday afternoon after walking all around Golden Gate Park and was starving. Got the vegan spicy and sweet momos. They were pretty pricey for the portion size. The momos themselves were decent. The onions were barely cooked and had a strong raw flavor. The sauce was supposed to be spicy and sweet, but I didn't get any sweetness at all. Mostly just heat.

Omg. This is so good. I can't wait to come back and try other items. I got the pan seared momos and the chicken chow mein. Service was fast. Ambiance: wonderful because you're sitting right outside. They have games too! What!!!

Momolicious has some very good Nepalese food. I was at Tunnel Tops and ran into this food truck. I had the Kathmandu Mo:Mo and the Kothay Mo:Mo and they were both delicious. To get good food by where the bridge is, try Momolicious.

I think I've tried this place two times now - once at the Presidio tunnel tops and another time at a festival in the city. This last time I tried the chow neon noodles meal that came with 4 dumplings. The noodles were really good and it comes with this hot sauce that's very flavorful and spicy. However, I didn't really like the dumplings, I feel like the inside filling was a bit hard and clumpy. I've had many dumpling before but these tasted weird.

tldr: great spot for momos in Golden Gate Park. Each order comes with 8 pieces and can be either mild/spicy! I'm a big fan of momos (Tibetan/Nepali/Indian dumplings), and it's not every day you find a momo food truck. I was intrigued by MOMOlicious when I visited Golden Gate Park. The truck is parked right in front of the Conservatory of Flowers, which makes it incredibly convenient to grab a bite and enjoy it amidst the colorful flowers. My friends and I split the Veggie Momos and the Chicken Momos. Each order comes with 8 momos. They have three types of momos: Kathmandu, Kothay and Fiery. The first two options are "mild", while the latter is marked as "spicy". We really wanted to try the Fiery momos, but they had run out of the sauces needed. Instead, we settled on the Kothay momos. These momos come covered in a savory sichuan pepper sauce, which packed in a lot of flavor. It's super convenient to share this as a snack with others!

Tasty tasty Nepalese food served out do this truck. We saw it in Golden Gate Park near the Conservatory of Flowers. Ordered the Nepali Chicken Curry Combo and loved it. The momos are a thing of beauty as well. Get some and enjoy.

One thing about me is I've been picky since 94.However, this food truck got me to try some thing new. It was probably the fact that Nipsey and Steph were posted right on the front. . I've never tried Nepal food in my entire life. I'm pleased to say I've tried Ethiopian food AND Nepal. Both restaurants are in Oakland! It was absolutely outstanding and the best part it was vegan. if you love some spices, this is a must try. The service was outstanding.

FYI, I noticed Zomsa now serves hard alcohol for those wanting a little extra kick! We've also ordered momos here before and the chowmein. Everything is extremely solid, fresh, flavorful, and just overall, comforting. To note, several veggie/vegan options here, shrimp dishes, and also for meat eaters: chicken, pork, buffalo, goat, beef, lamb. Service is typically always quick and efficient, and you can tell there is a lot of heart and soul in their cooking. A few seating options outside. The menu seems to be expanding since our last visit, so that's exciting to see. Pricing is fair and parking available in the shopping center.

Mind you, we came in 30 mins after opening for lunch. We rang the bell multiple times and then as we were about to go to a different place, thinking there was no one around, the cook came out and took our orders. I could tell he was a but overwhelmed since we were a group of 5, but he was really nice and courteous. He also answered the questions we had concerning the food. It took about 40 - 50 mins for our food to get in. We were the only ones in the restaurant so I'm surprised it took the long. That being said, i realized there was only one cook in the kitchen to it makes sense why it took so long however, I was not mentally prepared to wait that long. Around 12 pm, the hostess came in and was shocked to see us. She apologized for being late and wanted to get our orders but we told her the cook already got them. After waiting for about 50 mins, we finally got our orders. The food was AMAZING. Starting with the chicken sekuwa. It was a complete 10/10. I would definitely come back just for this. It was seasoned to perfection, very tender and juicy. The C Momo was very crispy and covered in a nice sweet chilli sauce. They're like deep fried dumplings. I would give it an 8/10. The lamb curry was very savory and filling. We got that with some rice and roti. It paired very well. I would also rate that an 8/10. The lamb thali was good but I think I was overwhelmed with everything on the plate. It was not bad, the lamb and lentil soup were good but I think I did not know how best to eat it so I could not fully appreciate it. I would give it a 6.5 The thai iced tea was pretty standard one. Very nice and not too sweet. 8/10 for ne The food here was pretty remarkable. I usually don't care about 'bad' service but this one really had a huge impact and stopped me from giving it a higher rating. I would not be too keen on coming back here with how understaffed they are but I do understand. If you're not in a rush, and are ready to grow your fruit of patience, I would definitely say the food is worth the wait and it was really good.

They were closing a little early for another event, so I waited about 15 minutes to get takeout and took it to a nearby park. The Chatamari is a great gluten-free option with its rice dough, I wasn't sure if it would be enough for a meal but it was plenty for $12! Topped with minced chicken, egg & a ton of spice, this place is not dialing down the spice for 'American' palates. Like a 'pizza' the rice dough is nice and chewy, but doesn't make you feel too stuffed. I want to go back and try the Bala made with lentils, and the Yomari dessert. Granting them the 4 stars. You can choose the spice level as well. Every dish we got we enjoyed. Lassis were sweet, yogurty, and had nice spice to it. Samosas chana were also well flavored, paired well with the sauces and chickpeas, and crispy after being deep fried. Tikka masala and butter chicken were served in roughly 8 inch length dishes. Wonderfully seasoned, I would eat them for the sauce alone and chicken was tender. Served with rice and works great with it, but we also got some garlic naan (very garlicky would recommend). Chicken momos were ok in my opinion. Ok flavor but juicy and skin wasn't too thick. Isn't my taste personally, but similar to a korean mandu.
