Not only were the owners so sweet and accommodating but their staff (Zhanna) was so knowledgeable! She gave me the exact nails I wanted! So talented! The owners gave great nail recommendations (I needed some ideas lol) and they were all so nice and friendly! The location is super close to my place and very clean and cute ambiance! They even served us champagne and I felt very pampered. This is going to be my new go-to place for mani/pedis! My nails still look amazing when usually they start chipping by now. I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately the experience didn't live up to what was advertised. I came in specifically for a Russian pedicure and was left with calluses still on my feet, a nail shape that didn't look cute, and overall a very mediocre result. It didn't feel luxurious or detailed at all. I also had to go back and forth with the tech Raquel just to get hard gel, even though I requested it clearly from the beginning. She kept insisting on soft gel instead, which was frustrating since hard gel was non-negotiable for me. For a salon charging the same premium price as higher-end spots across LA, I expected at least clean shaping, full callus removal, and a polished final look. The location isn't the best, but I gave it a fair shot -- and would've had no complaints if the quality matched the price. Unfortunately, it didn't. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I went in for a Russian manicure with hard gel, expecting a high-quality service, especially given the price of $80. Unfortunately, my manicure didn't even last a full week, let alone the two weeks that hard gel is supposed to last. The quality of the work was far from what I expected. My nails looked more like a regular gel manicure than the detailed, durable finish that a Russian manicure is known for. On top of that, the customer service was lacking. I couldn't help but feel that I was treated differently compared to the other two clients in the salon, who were Caucasian. Their interactions with the staff seemed more friendly and attentive, while I felt overlooked and unwelcome. It's never comfortable to feel like you're being treated unfairly, especially when you're paying for a premium service. Overall, I would not recommend this place. The quality didn't match the price, and the experience left me feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. I won't be returning. Nope this is the correct salon and you have horrible customer service I'm glad you have cameras so you can see how the other two clients were treated compared to me I even have a video. You also are very rude to your workers no consideration at all I'll let me followers know not to go to that establishment!! read more

I have not written a review in awhile! It had been awhile since my last pedicure and I found this place not far from me. The Russian pedi that doesn't use water really intrigued me. I have to say, it was really something special. Vinny at the front desk is so incredibly nice! I was offered a drink and though I had to wait, I just chilled out in the cute chairs in the front. Sasha performed my pedicure and asked questions. I love this clean, waterless approach. The callous buffer machine made my feet so unbelievably soft, I don't think they have felt this smooth after any other pedi I've had. They put your feet under mini dryers and slip your feet back into sandals so you know when you are ready (other places have left me hanging and I am not sure how long to stay). My color looks great and I will definitely be back. It may be a little bit more $ than a lot of spa mani/pedi shops, but after one visit, I feel it is worth it and I will be back again. Maybe next time for a mani or both! read more

After speaking with the owner and listening to him lie about the roach crawling on me and accuse me of lying, I decided to drop a star for poor customer service. The owner spoke about being in business for one year and I see that he has a long way to go before he finds out the hard way what "quality" is. I took the call from the owner because I thought I'd be given a change to give feedback on my experience to help with why I gave the negative review but the owner seemed more focused on bragging about his customer service experience, telling me about his best tech (who did my manicure), and talking to me about how people try to get money around this time. The owner offered me champagne and a discount for a future service which "I" DECLINED because, as I said before, I'm picky about my nails and if your "top nail tech" did such a disappointing job on my manicure, then I would be signing up to pay for another disappointing service. If I were trying to get free or discounted service, I would've taken you up on that offer. I asked for a manicure and pedicure and that was done poorly (in my opinion) no fuss about it because I decided that I wouldn't be back to this salon on the day I got the service. ABOUT THE ROACH! It's clear that the owner is trying to cover himself by accusing me of lying because I jumped back while in my seat and pointed to the roach after it was crawling on me. I swatted the bug off of me and the nail tech is the one who pushed it off the chair. There's absolute no way that this could be missed on camera! If you'd like bring your legal team against me I will happily challenge you to do just that. read more

I scheduled an appointment, had to cancel, and was told I'd need to pay a cancellation fee, which I understood. However, no one followed up to collect it, and I rescheduled, making adjustments to my busy schedule. The night before, they confirmed the appointment, only to change the time on the same day. I found this unreliable and unprofessional. If you value your time, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. To clarify the owners response: The owner is making false claims about my actions. I only ever made two appointments at this place. I canceled the first one on the same day, fully acknowledging and understanding their policy. These guys are like surgeons- I went in for a pedicure and I came out with what felt like brand new feet. This place is new but seems like a hidden gem if you live in culver or palms/mar vista. I haven't gotten a mani/pedi in a veeery long time, but this place is my new go to. 1. They pay so much attention to the cleanliness of their tools (it's so hard to find these days, salons often get lazy and I'm incredibly particular about that) 2. They're detail oriented and so thorough in the service they provide. (Most salons just want you in and out of the door, but these guys focus on giving you the best work possible - which again, I find extremely rare and haven't bothered going to a salon since 2015) 3. Their tools are up to date to do that. Most salons just use a manual file for your feet but they have special drill tools that really get the job done well.
