I rarely ever get my nails done but wanted to do them for the holidays. After browsing salons on Yelp, I found No Choice and messaged to set up an appointment. They got back to me within a few hours and I was able to come in as soon as the next day for an appointment. The salon is located on the second floor of a strip mall. They have a dedicated carpark with free parking. When I arrived at 6 on a Wednesday night, I was able to immediately find a spot. Once I came in, one of the girls greeted me and offered me a selection of free beverages. The salon is brightly lit and everyone was welcoming. I was taken to a smaller room that had a TV and I watched a Christmas movie while they did my manicure and pedicure. The manicure and pedicure was done at the same time and though the girls finished within an hour, I didn't feel rushed at all. They used a machine to buff off the dead skin on my feet, and they felt so soft after. Would highly recommend whether you need to get a mani/pedi or other beauty services done. I'll definitely be returning. read more

The ladies at no choice are AMAZING, today I had an appointment with Anna G. What I love about this establishment is you make an appointment and they take you at that time, no waiting around. The place has good music going on, the service is A+. Been a client for quite some time but it's my 1st review. They have a drink menu and just make you feel comfortable and you completely tap out of your day to day routine when you're treating youself. I had the hard gel mani and omg I work with tons of papers, constant hand washing/ sanitizing and have lots of cutticle, my nails are amazing! No hang nails for me. Had a great experience at Nochoice Nail Salon. I reached out via yelp and literally got a call a minute after submitting my inquiry. FREE Parking is available, which made everything even easier. The front desk person was warm and offered tea, coffee, sparkling or still water upon arrival. The space is clean, welcoming, and not at all intimidating. Mira was polite, efficient, and made the pedicure feel effortless. I loved the calm vibe--no forced chatter, comfy chairs, and Sex and the City playing in the background. First timers get $10 off first visit. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend. read more

I got a Russian mani pedi for the first time, and I am completely obsessed with the results. My cuticles have never looked so good! Sasha did my mani, and Nazira did my pedi. Both ladies were so friendly and didn't comment on my botched brow henna and lamination that I got elsewhere earlier that day... because I looked like an angry bird walking in there. I definitely felt self conscious walking in, because I must say I everyone who works there is absolutely gorgeous. Sasha was so meticulous when she painted my nails ensuring each nail had the correct amount of paint, leveling out uneven nail beds... my nails look so perfect. I don't think I've been happy with a manicure in so long. Nazira gave me the perfect pedi, and she executed such a perfect pedicure so fast! I haven't had a pedicure in months, and worked her magic in less than an hour. This spot isn't the most relaxing environment. It does feel like you're walking into an office vs a nail salon. They also don't spend much time massaging your hands or feet as a part of the service. If you pick a builder gel color, it is an up charge of $10. They're in Suite F, upstairs, in this business park. Absolutely love this place! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and professionalism. The quality of work here is outstanding--truly some of the best I've experienced. As a Ukrainian, I've seen my fair share of subpar nail techs and less-than-welcoming attitudes, especially among Eastern Europeans (who are generally considered the best in the beauty space). This salon is amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is inviting and positive. The owner is clearly hands-on and dedicated, which shows in how smoothly everything runs--like clockwork. The service is consistently excellent, and the prices are surprisingly affordable. They even offered free drinks -- I got hot tea with some little sweets, which was so cute. I did the Russian manicure as a first-time customer for $70, and honestly it was totally worth it. Kate did my nails and she was AMAZING. So gentle, really professional, and super detailed. I scheduled with No Choice yesterday for a Gel X set and they did not disappoint! Right when I got in, they greeted me and asked me if I wanted a drink. I had to wait for my tech for a couple of minutes to get set up but that was no problem. I was quickly sat at a very clean station with a bottle of water and the gel nail color menu. Yana saw the state of my nails and recommended next steps to grow them out to be more strong. I did not feel pain whatsoever when she was in with the scissors on my cuticles! I chose a cat eye polish and we did one coat to get a jelly effect. Yana was so kind, knowledgeable, and did AMAZING!! Already set my next appointment. I got a Russian manicure + gel x full set from Kate, and she's incredible. Was able to do everything so quickly and without pain. My skin is really thin and often get nicked during manicures, but she did it so perfectly! I've been getting Russian manis for 3 years now and I love them! I've been to no choice a few times and their work has always been pretty good and clean until yesterday. they cut the cuticles of 3 of my fingers so deep that it wouldn't stop bleeding and oozing with blood, again I've had Russian manis for many many years and I don't have sensitive cuticles so this was pretty disappointing for me. Because I woke up and still 3 of my fingers were swollen, and continued bleeding, I had to go get the entire mani removed the next day and just do my bare nails because I didn't want them to get more infected. Super bummed about this experience because I really enjoyed going there. read more

I can't recommend Nail Choice enough. The salon is absolutely immaculate--cleanliness and hygiene are clearly a top priority, which is so important. The staff are warm, kind, and genuinely focused on making sure you're happy with your experience. I had the best manicure I've ever received with Kriss--and that says a lot, as I've been in the cosmetology industry for over 40 years. The Russian manicure was flawless. My eyelash extensions were equally impressive--beautifully applied, incredibly professional, and they last much longer than anywhere else I've tried. I was referred to no choice by a friend who had received their services prior. I was interested in getting lashes done and I was able to book with Ellie. I knew from the moment that she understood what I wanted that it was going to be excellent service it's important to note that I have very difficult lashes and I've only ever gotten my lashes done three times prior to Ellie doing my lashes and I was always disappointed. Ellie took her time. She just did a phenomenal detailed job. I actually love my lashes. I feel heard, understood, and taken care of. I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and this salon has been my favorite. I do not say that lightly. Amenities: So many refreshments to choose from. Champagne, sparkling or still water, coffee, tea (green, black, and non caffeinated), various lemonades, etc. Blankets and slippers! Drinks served in GLASSES instead of crappy cups. Price: Very competitive. For the experience I think the prices are beyond worth it. What else can I say? There was one time they tried to charge me $50 for a nail color change after less than 24 hours. I wanted to give them a second chance and I booked an appointment but I had a pet emergency so I wanted to reschedule so I called as soon as they opened and just tried to reschedule and the lady who answered WAS SO RUDE. didn't even try to work with me. I've gotten my Russian manicures with Kriss, an amazing nail tech. I am so happy I came across this place, they are helpful in every way. They offer complimentary beverages from water, coffee, tea, even champagne. I ofcourse get the champagne. The waxer was kind but her…read moretechnique is not what I have experienced at any of the EWC locations which resulted in an extremely uncomfortable experience overall. 1) After pulling the wax strip, she proceeded to use a rubbing motion rather than a firm press which actually ended up making the experience more painful. 2) There were multiple instances where the wax kept breaking but in particular, the wax broke and she kept trying to rip it off. It was so painful that I started to move my legs around and in response she pushed my leg back down and poured baby powder on it and ripped it off. I found it to be extremely painful. If a client if moving their legs around in pain, I would assume it would be in everyone's best interest to pause, especially after multiple failed attempts at ripping at the wax. 3) towards the end she poured powder on the area and I had to ask for a paper towel to wipe the powder off so that it wouldn't get on the clothes/floor (she ended up doing it since she had her gloves on still) Overall, the experience was horrible and even if it had been a while since my last wax, I have NEVER experienced this in the past and would never expect a waxer to continue to rip at wax when a client is in very obvious pain. I was in a bit of shock and tried to be nice during the appointment but ultimately let the staff know. The manager did call to say she processed a refund but I was out and couldn't have a conversation. I do appreciate her willingness to remedy the situation and u hope this waxer can improve her services.
