Today my daughter and I had the pleasure of receiving services from organic nails. Our nail techs Bryana and Chelsea were very kind, thoughtful, and skilled in their craft. Bryana was intent on focusing on the detail of my hard gel fill and shape. She did an amazing job on my pedi as well. Chelsea was super thoughtful and attentive to my 11yo who was very apprehensive about getting a mani and pedi. She made great conversation with my daughter and got her to commit to come back. I recently went to Organic Nail and had such a great experience from start to finish. The service was fantastic, and the girl who did my nails truly went above and beyond. She did a full Gel X set for me and paid so much attention to detail. My nails came out exactly how I wanted them, and I couldn't be happier with them. I also got a pedicure, and it was amazing. The place itself is super cute, clean, and had such a relaxing vibe. The pedicure chairs were so comfortable, which honestly made the whole experience even better. OK, this place is so cute! It's not your typical high-volume nail salon with big massage chairs and built-in foot tubs. Instead, they have a small setup with just a few comfy chairs, and they bring out warm water in a foot basin for your pedicure--which honestly feels more personal and relaxing. The decor is adorable--pink, cozy, clean, and vibrant. You can tell they really care about the atmosphere. My regular salon was not interested in my "rebuilding" plan and wanted to keep me trapped in a cycle that was no longer serving my nail health. Thanks to Chat, I found a few salons that focus on nail health and decided to try Organic Nails. Tammy listened to my concerns and before commenting simply asked if she could remove the gel layers to see the state of my nails. (Gold Star #1 for listening and #2 for professional assessment). She explained that the excessive filing along with the longer sessions of UV curing had definitely damaged my nail bed but not beyond repair. (Gold Star #3). We had a great session where I got a simple manicure/pedicure. It was early in the day so she did both with time and care. We agreed that I would continue on a basic biweekly mani/pedi plan (Gold Star #4). I'll stay up on applying cuticle oil to keep my nails hydrated and of course add some biotin supplements (my idea). The Dazzle Dry polish, though limited in shades that captured my eye, has held up well! I'm 3 days in and no splitting or chipping. (Gold Star#5!). Even though the technicians are good at bringing any vision to life, and they're quite nice there could be things that could be improved. Everyone there was so friendly and personable and they really do a job at attending to each client. They ensured I was satisfied with the way my nails were shaped as well as the color I chose. I really loved their color selection and how easy it was to find a color that worked for me. I got a pedicure and it was so relaxing. Their chairs are so plushy and comfortable. I also loved the foot massage and exfoliation, as my feet were so dry before I came here and I left feeling softer and silkier. This is a very cute, very clean nail salon which is local to me and the family wanted to support a local small business and try it out. We called in for an appointment and was told they could fit us in (2 adult mani/pedi and a child mani pedi) in 45 minutes. Great! We showed up and parking was easy and like I mentioned everything was nice but there's only 2 technicians working - on a Sunday. Seemed like one of the technicians was finishing up a pedicure and I hoped that meant they would divide up the work for the 3 mani/pedis. Nope - was told one person would do all of this work back to back. Now this could have been possible and doable except after an hour and 30 minutes we were only 2 manicures in with no pedicures started and that technician who was doing the pedicure when we walked in? Still working on the initial client. I hope this location gets more help with additional technicians (there was plenty of chairs and areas to work) and learns how to book appointments. If it's taking 45 minutes to an hour per service - the person taking the same day reservation needs to say that, not let a group of 3 walk in and expect them to stay over 3 hours to get basic mani/pedis gone. So after an hour and a half we called it off and just paid for the services we had received and still made sure to tip appropriately as it wasn't the poor technicians fault they had no help. If this place can learn to schedule better, be a bit more efficient in the services and get more help it would be a welcome addition to the neighborhood and to return to, but until then I can't justify paying $30 for a manicure which takes that long. read more

I had messaged back-and-forth with the owner, and we had settled on a 2:30 appointment. When I arrived at 2:30, neither nail tech seemed to be aware that I actually had an appointment. I was asked to wait at least 30 minutes. I was a bit annoyed, because isn't that what appointments are for? So I went back out to my car and waited. I considered leaving, but I texted the owner again. Her response was that she was not actually at the studio, and she apologized and said that she would give me $10 off this service and $10 off my next service. I walked back in half an hour later and was finally seated in a pedicure chair. Mervat did a decent job on my pedicure, but I don't feel like she really got in there and got all the dead skin out. My manicure with Chelsea was really nice, and I went out of my comfort zone in getting my first Gel-X nails in a stiletto shape. Chelsea was very friendly and professional, and I do like my nails, even though I am still getting used to the length of them. But they are growing on me every day. Literally. Ha ha. The shop is cute and has a pink Barbie vibe. My suggestion would be for better service, that the owner should be on site every day, and in tune with her employees to know who is actually coming in with a booked appointment. read more

Came in early this morning to get a pedicure. My first visit after my wife tried them a few weeks back for the first time since their newly gran opening. Luckily, the young lady Lauren that did both of our treatments was very sweet, apologetic, and did a good job. But nonetheless the place is really nice. Their Pedicure chairs or massage chairs, which was a next touch. They offer complimentary water, tea, and coffee, which is always a plus. Since they are new, they do offer a few deals, which is also always great. I definitely wish them luck being in this neighborhood. My family and I have seen many businesses over the years come and go. Even before the pandemic. But their definitely very welcoming and friendly with providing good service.
