Had a very frustrating experience working with this dealership. I agreed to purchas a car remotely the same day I called in, to have shipped, and the problems began right away. I provided my address and loan amount that I was looking for, and they sent me a cost breakdown. On 2 separate occasions, I let them know that the information on both was incorrect. Still, it showed up that way when they had to mail the paperwork to me via UPS. When I told them the address was wrong, they mailed it out again finally updated, and when I got all the paperwork back to them, they let me know that they forgot a form. All of these caused needless delays in the process that was pretty urgent for me. When I wired the money, I was given the wrong Business name, such that my bank would not accept the transfer online. I had to call my bank and explain the situation to them, where they corrected it, but this was after I was assured the incorrect name was accurate. On multiple occasions, I requested phone calls to talk through the process, and was only replied to via text. The several mess-ups and delays on their end were a head scratcher, and I am still waiting on my car over 3 weeks after agreeing to purchase. On top of it all, there was seemingly no contrition for each misstep along the way. I was pretty taken aback by the customer service experience, and constantly needing to track them down. Here I am, waiting for my car one day after the estimated arrival still with no firm date. The experience may be different in person, and I understand mistakes happen, but I would suggest buyer beware if you are not physically walking in to purchase a car on the lot today. I shared this frustration with them - of wasted time, of having no transportation access, and generally timeline uncertainty over something I was excited for - and finally received a call 20 hours later. I asked whether any concessions could be made for any extras at the very end and suggested floor mats, but was told no. I am still excited for the car, but it put a damper on the experience when you're waiting for weeks, without transportation, and don't feel like you're being given the time of day after they take your money. read more

Very bad rude customer service I am an elderly 74 year old woman and younger female staff working in parts and service department were very rude and sarcastic! They didn't have all the information that I had previously told the chief advisor that had gone home early, they charged me $155 for an diagnostic test that had been an issue for months! Brought my car in for a service and warrantee work because of a front end noise. They charged me because the noise was from a tire which they said was not under warrantee but I have a warrantee pamphlet in the car for the tires which were installed by the factory. I asked why one tire was worn so badly and the others were fine. They couldn't tell me. I bought new tires elsewhere and they said that one tire was worn because of over inflation which Monadnock Ford created as the tires were filled with nitrogen. Not only did they cause the issue but they charged me for the issue which should have been taken care of under warrantee. My buying experience of my car was also horrible. I buy lots of Fords as I travel but this is my first and last time coming here for sales and service. read more

Pretty weak experience, took the car in for a lot of work, argued with my about what needed to be done, quoted me things that didn't need to be done and found out from the next mechanic that I didn't need to do it. Car hasn't been right since I took it here, I am really disappointed for bringing my car to this location to have these hacks look at and work on it. read more

My husband bought his F350 here and the sale was great. He has received four out of his five free oil changes for the purchase. The people working there have been great and every time we go for recalls or oil changes. They are very friendly and I'm sorry some people think they're not. Dec. 27th, bought our2017 C max Energi there, told us they would do the registration plate, transfer and have everything delivered to our home , it is now. Had us drive it home on dealer plates. Next day we put the plates from our Subaru on , sold it to our son, drove up and dropped off their dealer plate. Now January 4th, 8 days science the vehicle purchase and much back and forth texting and calling since Thursday, still no registration, I had to call my insurance company worked to get the insurance transferred and stamp myself and sent to their e-mail....still no registration, they say they sent a driver yesterday, but no still no registration.....excuse after excuse... This review is about Monadnock Ford's service department "Quick Lane", "The Works" service. I had been going there faithfully since 2012. Back then, I would have rated them 5 star. Evidently, they are under new management. Now (2019), if you get service here you do so at your own risk. Check the oil level yourself before you drive away. I had twice the amount of oil in my engine as should have been. Either they didn't drain the old oil or added twice the amount by mistake or malicious intent. Afterwards, because the engine was 'lugging', I checked the oil level and saw it was twice the high level on the dipstick. I then drained and checked the level enough times to get the oil level down to the high level area.The 'lugging' stopped immediately. I took the oil that I drained back to show them but they refused to believe me. They said another car that they overfilled started smoking out the exhaust. My vehicle didn't smoke. The engine complained in another manner. Not all engines act the same, evidently. They suspected me of driving back to Keene all that way just to dispose of old oil which I could have done for free in my town, and they didn't offer a refund or a competent oil change. If you need service done "BEWARE"!!! they scam you into getting things you don't need and the work they do... do is marginal at best. They switch service persons on you and try bumping you up to replace things that are fine, then they mysteriously can't find the old parts... Don't walk away from them... But run!!! read more

A few weeks ago my friends truck broke down in the area of Monadnock Ford. We were towed to this location. We had never dealt with us before and it was a sticky situation because we had just left to drive to Ohio to pick up my friends son from college, We had no idea what we were going to do. We were stuck. Well then we met Jake. Jake got our truck right in and had it looked at, ironically it had been to another place a week earlier for the check up because of the road trip and all was fine. Jake got the mechanics in and looked at it. the mechanics found one of the spark plugs was put in wrong. If we had kept driving this would have been dangerous. They fixed it and we were on our way with in 2 hours. not bad , at all. We were very happy. the rest of the road trip was a complete success thanks to jake and the awesome mechanics at the shop. vin etching? Bought a 2015 ford f150 about 2 months ago. Day after I signed the papers I noticed a $199 charge for vin etching. Didn' t know what it was. Did some research and found the vin # is etched in your glass with acid. Called the salesman ,said I didn't want it. He said it has to go with the truck. He also told me allstate would give $5000 on top of my insurance if truck was stolen. Called the manager Mike Wells and complained. He said I'll check it out. I called back he said he okayed the $199 refund. Never got it. Kept calling and there was always a story. After a while he stopped returning my calls. Never got the $199. And to top it off my truck has no etching on any windows! Not a very good way to treat someone who just spent $27,000. Beware when you read your purchase agreement. Worst car buying experience ever. I contacted them on 12/4/17 asking for an F-150 with a 5.0L V-8 was assured that the one I bought had one. Ended up being a 2.7L V-6 ecoboost. On 3/17/18 had to have it towed up to the dealer after just 5,280 miles it is leaking oil out of an o ring at one of the turbo chargers and parts are on back order until 4/11. They did the right thing and bought it back and sold me another one but did not give me my $10,000 down payment. When I questioned why, Jenna in finance said that was part of the first deal not the second. So they kept and sold my truck that I traded in and kept the $10,000 when I purchased the first vehicle. When I questioned it I was told no I was not getting the $10,000. I would think twice before buying here!! This could happen to you too!! read more
