I appreciated that he was willing to work with me on the project details and costing throughout the inspections. While some contractors I talked with went dark, he was never dismissive, and he had revisions ready for me in a timely fashion. SPR did a great job on the front yard landscaping I requested, which involved two different fences around the perimeter of my property, a new drought tolerant design for the front yard along with a list of plants, and pavers for a nice stone pathway. Agustin offered very insightful suggestions throughout the process while understanding my needs for the design. He was always on time and had full transparency on project timelines and goals for each day. Agustin and his team were willing to go above and beyond on the requests I had throughout the project. They were flexible enough to handle things like custom fittings around the property and finding creative solutions to issues that popped up. Agustin also made sure that everything was in working order even after they finished. The cleanup process was immaculate as well. It has been more than 10 years since last roof repair by World Exterior. My house is 24 years old…read more A couple of weeks ago we noted a dry wall in the garage was wet when it was raining. It was dry when it was not raining so I figured it must be the roof over the garage that is leaking. Since World Exterior did a good job repairing a roof leak more than 10 years ago, I called them and Chris came to my house the next day to evaluate the situation. I remember Chris from more than 10 years ago. He is still easy and friendly to talk to. He lifted up the tiles and found the wood was rotten and already had a hole a few inches in diameter!! Chris took pictures and sent me a proposal in 2 days. I accepted the proposal. Unfortunately our area started to rain almost for the whole week. Finally the rain stopped 9 days after and World Exterior crew (Salvador, Jesus, and another worker) came to fix the roof. World Exterior called me that morning to notify me the crew was on their way to my house which is very nice of them. They fixed the roof, cleaned the gutters, and inspected the roof. They cleaned up after they were done which is very nice. They noted some issues and Chris will send me a quote for that. If I need roof care in the future, I definitely will call World Exterior.

Due to the difficulty and risk involved for excavation, it was hard to find a contractor to take on the job but from my initial consult with Victor, him and his team noted their experience with these scenarios and he was confident they can do it in less than a day. On excavation day they brought the necessary equipment and tools and were very cautious about the gas pipe. They ended up finishing the job in less than a half day! To follow up, we realized we needed more excavation at the apron of the driveway and Victor again came to the rescue and excavated that for us a week later.
