Also, we made an advance reservation for 2pm, but the facility ignored it since it appeared to have a general "walk-in" policy for everyone. One downside of ignoring advance reservations is that it created a chaotic experience with customer waves. Also, it took about 15 minutes to check-out since a long line formed to exit and pay for the tastings. But overall, this was a good experience.
