He repeatedly told me he had worked very hard to get me approved, making me feel obligated to go through with the loan despite my reservations. Throughout the loan, I remained in communication with the company regarding my payments. Despite that, they repossessed my vehicle. Since the repossession, they have been uncooperative and evasive about allowing me to retrieve my personal belongings from the car, which has only added to my frustration. I feel compelled to share a not good experience from this morning. I arrived there right at…read more10:00am when they opened. I have gotten loans there several times in the past & the customer service has always been pretty good. Unfortunately today is was not. First the greeting was terrible. The lady on duty who l will leave nameless had helped me in the past. She acted like she had never seen me before. That alone was very insulting. Her whole attitude was unfriendly & impersonal. As a matter of fact she was downright rude to me. I even told her the experience so far is not good. She made me feel very uncomfortable. At that point I should have just walked out but I did not. So now apparently for whatever reason even though you have a clean, clear title you are asked to produce a current paycheck stub. Which is totally ridiculous. Never had to do that previously. I was not able to access it with my phone. At that point I was done. She even walked to the door waiting for me to leave. I almost felt like I was being kicked out. I did not say even 1 word as I left. If she cannot be more professional & polite. Not to mention appreciative to see a repeat customer like me she has no business in customer service. Needless to say I will never go back there again.
