The reason for the four stars was because the food was really good but what made the visit extremely pleasant was the guy that waited on us, his name was Chris. He was very friendly, constantly smiling, bright and vibrant. He was very attentive. I will say the visit was pleasant because of him and only him. I was with my husband and three of my children. The owner, she was very stone faced, NEVER smiled and we made eye contact quite a few times. I would definitely give this place a negative stars if I was able to . Even though I didnt even get to try their food , the service was just horrible walking in ! It was my First and Last time I would even go there ! I visited here the other day for the first time. I ordered off of the lunch menu and got the shrimp and broccoli. It came with chow mein, fried rice and soup. I didn't mind the wait because where I'm from (east coast) that's how they do it, make it fresh. I asked if they can make it with brown sauce, that's how I prefer it, and they said yes. I eat here way too much. Where else can you get cooked to order food like that for $6.49 out the door? I also do the all you can eat & make two bowls so I can get all the leafy veggies In there. Another tip is to put the garlic water on top of the frozen meat because it thaws right away & will fit more stuff in the bowl. I've been here in the evening a couple of times but stopped by during the lunch hour on this occassion. I looked around for pricing and the hostess came over and said that it was $6.99 for a bowl. I said ok, and looked over the items to figure out what I wanted. The bowls are pretty small so I figured that I could just get two bowls and it would be $13.98. no big deal right? wrong, the hostess came back over and said no, I couldn't get two bowls. I explained to her that I would be paying for each bowl seperately and she insisted that I put the second bowl back in the stack of bowls. So, I put both bowls back on the rack and she promptly placed them on the stack of other bowls. At that point, I'm deciding if I want to just order a bowl of mongolian beef instead, when I notice two other people in the line to give their bowls to the guy working the grill have two bowls that they are handing over to the guy.
