Server was very outgoing , she got everything right and took pains to make sure our experience was pleasant. BUT one of us ordered the onion rose as an appitiser, which she said was not as good as her previous visit. Another ordered a steak which was so grissly it was un-chewable. A third ordered a road kill which was too salty. I ordered the herb crusted chicken breast. Salt is not an herb, and when this much is used it is also NOT a flavor enhancer, rather it kills all flavor. My tongue was still tingling half way home. We arrived on a Tuesday, early evening around 4pm. The parking lot is a good size so parking isn't an issue. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and seated within 5 minutes. The interior is decorated nicely with pictures, animals, and several televisions to keep you entertained. The entire staff was so friendly...from the hostesses, servers, and even the manager who came to greet us and make sure we were doing okay, Our waitress, Tiffany, was wonderful! I've been to several Texas Roadhouse locations across several states and I'm not always the biggest fan because the food can be inconsistent. That said, this location really stood out, in a good way. The customer service was amazing. Everyone we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience that much better. The food was great overall. My steak was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. The bread was excellent per usual always a highlight. My only real con was the cold shredded cheese on top of the mashed potatoes. It was cold, and unfortunately it turned what could have been a hearty, comforting side into something that felt a little cheap. The Caesar salad was also less than memorable, it wasn't tossed and felt more like a plain salad with Caesar dressing that lacked flavor. Aside from those small things, this was a really solid visit.
