Absolutely loved my experience today at this Texas Roadhouse!!! This is only about my 2nd time eating at a Texas Roadhouse, and this has been my favorite time by far. Our waitress, Brooke, was incredibly sweet and professional with us, suggested drinks for us- like the strawberry lemonade, and even helped us fix one of our dishes when we made our own mistake ordering! Staff needs to learn to not be overwhelmed when you have a line of guest waiting. It shows in the way they interact with the guest coming in, it also comes off rude. Marcus knows how to handle his crowd, and makes sure he's attentive to everyone. It was my birthday treat to myself, was greeted bythe manager, as I was checking out the cut ribeyes in the meat case, he asked which one I wanted, which I responded, "I don't see the size I want". He asked what size I'd like, I said 45oz., to which he started laughing, then noticed I wasn't. He then asked how I wanted it cooked, "medium well". The interior is decorated nicely with pictures, animals, and several televisions to keep you entertained. The entire staff was so friendly...from the hostesses, servers, and even the manager who came to greet us and make sure we were doing okay, Our waitress, Tiffany, was wonderful! I came here on a Sunday afternoon. I was told a time and they were able to seat me sooner. I order the fired pickles as appetizer slab of ribs and it came with two sides. For the sides I chose the baked potato and the macaroni and cheese. They have 3 lemonades and I drank a strawberry lemonade. I also tasted a steak. Terrible Experience with the Host I've always loved Texas Roadhouse in Moreno Valley, but my recent visit was so disappointing that I actually left before being seated. The host, Gerardo, had a terrible attitude from the start. When I politely asked if I could sit at the bar, he yelled "No!" and told me to decide right away or he'd give up my table.
