Chinese food is really good here. I also go for the buffet as well. Everything tastes really good - sometimes I think they are understaffed.

Well, I have mixed feelings about this place. The woman who owns & runs this with her husband seriously lacks customer service skills. She's very pushy with trying to up sell you on things on top of the fact that it's on the pricey side. I took my daughter in law there for lunch & it was over $50.00 for just the two of us. Their BBQ pork & seeds is pretty good & if you get the Mongolian then you will most likely be happy with your food, but every time I order from the Chinese menu, it makes me not feel well, so I just avoid it all together. I used to love this place but I went there recently and I was not pleased the only thing that was actually good was the hot and sour soup, other than that everything else was kind of gross, the meat looks like frozen fruit roll ups and the veggies didn't look very fresh. I would not recommend this place, I rather go to any other Asian restaurant for some real authentic food. read more

Went here when visiting my family down in Spanaway and have to say, it was decent but not amazing. You get to put your plate of food together and have the chef cook it for you. The food was pretty fresh but I really thought it lacked in flavor. read more

We ordered a dinner for two off the menu, and while they easily brought us enough food for 4 people, it was pretty expensive. About a $40 tab. I do recommend the appetizers. Okay, it may not be as good as it gets but it's really good! We came across this place by accident as it's located in a strip mall where we were turning around in to head back north. We first saw a fish n' chip place, ventured down the sidewalk and saw the sign on the window which read Mongolian Grill Buffet. We entered the restaurant just as the lady was finishing putting out the ingredients for the buffet. The ingredients looked fresh the restaurant not so much. We made our selections of fresh veggies, thinly sliced frozen meats, took them to the counter and watched the gentleman do his thing with them on the grill. Watching him there is but a single word to best describe his skills and that would be masterful! The actual food was as good as any I had ever had in the past at any Mongolian Grill and rivaled that of the late Benihana in Seattle. If there were a downside and there were several as noted in this review, it was somewhat pricey for lunch in a strip mall. Perhaps the biggest downside is the sign on the window which gives you the impression that it is only a Mongolian BBQ Buffet which in reality is the furthest thing from the truth. And unfortunately the nice lady who apparently owns the place did not tell us any different. We were most pleased with out food and when paying our bill happened to notice a small, folded take out menu. I asked if I could take one, of course she replied and on our ride home was totally astounded in looking at the menu. There must be a good 200 different items listed! As we were the only lunch customers they had, I can't help but think that they push the pricey buffet for lack of customers. In looking at take out menu there was many, many items much more reasonable than the buffet. And yes we will definitely go back but not for the buffet but for the many different styles of Chinese food that they offer. If the restaurant were cleaned up and some form of a nice menu on the tables, the food would most definitely be rated 5 stars. read more

The Mongolian buffet menu was decent with lots of proteins and veggies to choose from. The service was kinda lacking. We had our orders taken and it took about 30 minutes to get our soup and rice that came with the buffet. The pricing seemed a little shady. I wanted to substitute a menu item that came with rice for plain chow mein noodles for my kids. One waitress quoted me 2 dollars and then a different waitress came back and told me I had to order the actual menu item. Then she told me 4 dollars after telling her I only wanted plain noodles. Then she looked at the menu and said 4.50 which was half of order of the actual dish. The facility is fairly dirty and the floor was greasy throughout. read more

It's wasn't the worst place I've ever eaten but I won't be back. We all ordered the buffet ($12.95) and there didn't seem to be many options and they were out of a lot of things. Also with the buffet you get a soup (either hot and sour or egg drop) and rice (either steamed white or fried). Both soups were terrible. And with the rice one of us ordered fried rice and the waitress came back and said they are almost out of fried and other people in the restaurant ordered off the menu and since their food comes with it they get it. Really? Our meal come with fried rice too! Then she brought out the steamed rice and put two servings in one bowl for us to share. Weird. Also the guy cooking the food kept buying everyone's food. Now I'm down for a little char on my grilled food but not actually burnt. Overall it just wasn't great. read more

I Have Recently become addicted to Mongolian grills... this one in Graham is nothing special, Deco looks pretty Blah, the buffet table looks pretty small I wasn't impressed but...... the food was pretty good, not as big a selection as other area grills but still very satisfying, I left very full.. this place was close to home (graham) and I would come back again if I were looking for somewhere close or a quick take out dinner... the staff were Friendly, Kind, and attentive to your needs.. I got the buffet which came with spring roll, your choice of rice, and egg soup... Again, I will go back... if I were to give this place a 5 star I would say a remodel with a larger selection of items (noodles, veggies, Goyzoa at the bar), a paint job, some big screen monitors or some music... Not worth it. We went with our 1 year old. the service was nothing special. They charged us $3 for her to share off of our plates. She hardly ate anything and she normally loves Asian food. They encouraged us to order chicken fingers for her, which was over $6. The food was nothing special. We'll continue taking our business to the New China Buffet in Puyallup. Food is ok but place is gross I'm surprised a health inspector has not shut it down... my husband saw the cook come out of the bathroom and not wash his hands and the sinks outside the bathroom were to full of dirty dishes to wash them there either we quickly put or food down paid walked out and never came back gross gross gross! read more

This place looks shabby and it may smell from the oil residue, but order off of the menu and get it to go, it's awesome! Our favorites are the potstickers (which are more like Japanese style gyoza), orange flavor beef and Hong Kong style chowmein (this has the crispy noodles (get the noodles in a separate box when you order to go)! Recently ate at this Mongolian Grill because family live nearby and suggested we meet up here. The food is overpriced compared to other Mongolian grills I have been to. The buffet looked appealing until the chef started cooking it. He burned not only my noodles but my sister-in-law's noodles as well, to the point of them being black and charred. I couldn't even finish my plate and left with $30 missing from my pocket. If I hadn't been there to meet with family I would have taken one look at the decor (or lack thereof) and turned around and left. read more

The food was good thought it didn't seem fresh. They asked if we wanted soup, rice and spring rolls which I thought the buffet came with. I was worried we were going to get charged for the rice and soup. When the bill came, there was no extra charges. They menu had the prices overwritten by two dollars so dinner was 13.95. The staff is friendly. The decor is kind of sad. But thank goodness the food is pretty good. Thats why we keep coming back. We always order the Mongolian Beef( Yumm!), Almond Chicken (Yumm!), Sweet n Sour pork, and Honey Walnut Shrimp. They make all these recipes the right way. Unlike some places I've ordered from. So as long as you order these things from the menu, its pretty good. Can't comment on the grill since I've never eaten it (it looks kinda boring.) Family friendly place,and a very social atmosphere.The floors however are mostly clean but not all the way.Respectful employees,and a lot of food to choose from.A few decorations here and there but not really a Mongolian vibe to feel when entering.I was expecting the place to be a lot bigger but it's an ok sized area.The ceiling is kind of dirty too but that's really nothing to be worried about except maintenance.There is usually not a lot of people here but,that's also ok.Food takes a little bit longer than expected and the Mongolian Beef tastes kind of crummy when you chew it. read more

Just spent waaayyy to much money for take out and well... it was gross. Like others have stated, food was overcooked. Flavor was bland/disappointing and meat looked weird. Worst meal of my life! The waitress tried to sell us food we didnt want and my steamed rice was extra which she didnt make clear. She dropped our nasty food and then disappeared until well after we were finished. I took about two bites of my curry chicken and couldn't stand anymore (soggy chicken, cheap veggies and horrible 'curry' sauce. I enjoy curry very much but this was not curry! Did I mention steamed rice is extra?!). When the waitress finally did show her face I told her I was unhappy with the food to which she replied "this is how we normally prepare this dish". I told her I had never been there before so I never had the dish and it was clear I didn't eat hardly any. Then she offered me a box....ugh. My boyfriend asked if she would take half of my meal since I didn't like it and she refused. I paid full price to have a full plate of food thrown in the trash, NOT COOL! Worst customer service ever!! Do NOT go here if you expect to be taken care of. First we were rushed into ordering and the waitress wouldn't leave our table and kept telling us what to order, I ended up finally getting the three sweet and sour meal which was pork, chicken, and shrimp and my friend got the Mongolian beef. My friend said his food was okay but mine was absolutely horrible! Dried pieces of meat that were tough surrounded by breading that was raw on the inside and cold. When I asked the waitress if I could please order something else because I didn't like my food, she told me yes but that I still had to pay for my plate I originally ordered. I told her no thank you and she walks off. She comes back with a menu and asks if I'd like to order something else but once again mentioned that I'd still have to pay for my plate. I told her no once again. She comes back with boxes and proceeds to tell me that if I went to Costco and bought a can of food, even if I didn't open it, that I'd still have to pay for it and that every restaurant does it this way. I have NEVER had to pay for food that I didn't like and have always gotten a replacement for something that I enjoyed. I will never return to this establishment and recommend you stay away from this place. You can get much better food and customer service for much less money! $60 for two plates that were wasted!!! read more

My husband and I had dinner here last night. Considering the location, the empty dining room didn't turn us off. Yet I did not feel feel comfortable with the freshness of the all you can eat buffet. So we decided to order from the menu. First off, the bbq pork for our appetizer was brown and when you turned the pieces the over there were little bubbly holes in the meat. It was obviously old and had an odd smell. My husband ordered a cup of coffee and i can hardly describe what was wrong with it. It was burnt, yet had a sour strange taste. The powdered creamer wouldn't mix in and i demanded my husband did not drink it.It was very odd. For dinner, my husband ordered the beef and broccoli which was actually pretty good. We ordered 2 separate meals and they brought my husbands out before my dinner was done so i was left sitting there watching my husband eat for about 5-10 min. When my dinner arrived, I got the dinner special with almond chicken, chicken chow mien and sweet and sour pork with chicken fried rice. My husband thought the pork was chicken because it wasn't identifiable and did not taste like pork.I took one bite of the rice and half fell off the plate because the food was piled to the edge of the plate.The chow mien was all spouts with a couple of the crunchy type chow mien noodles that were stale. The almond chicken was soggy and the fried rice was white. When i told the waitress the pork was bad she nervously giggled and started boxing up the remaining food. She didn't offer any refund or apology. It was disgusting. This place has gone down hill and its a shame but my main concern is just the freshness of the food and it being okay to eat. After we got home I felt queezy the rest of the night and I regret going with my gut feeling that this place was icky. read more
