Mongolian BBQ with soup and egg roll.
    Fred W.

If you are looking for a Mongolian BBQ restaurant in the Spanaway/Graham/Frederickson area, this one fits the bill. These restaurants are hard to find and they serve a niche customer base/market. I have loved Mongolian BBQ restaurants since my first experience with one in Japan. This one is not equivalent to that experience nor should it be compared in that way. The buffet is reasonably priced ($20 for dinner) and they have a good selection of veggies, noodles, and meat to choose from. The shave meat choices are lamb, chicken, pork, and beef. There is also an ample amount of sauces to choose from. Additionally, soup, pot stickers, and egg rolls come with the meal. The service was very good. This is located in a strip mall, so you need to expect that kind of an ambiance. All in all, I'd probably order off the menu the next time I'm here. The Mongolian buffet is a bit hard to pull off unless you really know what you are doing with the sauces and the ingredients. I prefer a lot of sauces and juices in mine, and I just did not get it right this time. I also prefer my meat courses to be cooked slightly less than well done. So, I'd recommend you let the cook know your preferences ahead of time.

Small hole in the wall Mongolian Grill, first thing you will experience walking in is a welcoming staff, and the excessive heat from the grill. I would definitely suggest finding a way to keep the dining room cooler for customer comfort while eating. Food quality was good, no weird discolorations or odors while using tongs to place the food into the 2 bowls utilized for my plate. Cook prepared meal to a perfect temperature to my liking, and the flavors were amazing. Dining room was well kept, as were the buffet stations, cooking area was clean and well kept as well! Aside from the heat inside the dining room, this business I recommend for a solid meal! I hope they get the cooling fixed! I will be visiting this location again! Thank you for your services!

We moved into the area 6 years ago and have never checked out this place. My first discovery when we moved here was, there's not a single Chinese restaurant around! It's in a side strip mall by Safeway, over by Ace Hardware. They've been here for years but got a new owner 2 years ago. WONDERFUL "buffet" where you pick out your raw meat then vegetables and sauces, then give to the grill person for cooking. All you can eat, multiple trips. No take home boxes. But, they have a take out menu, and you can order regular Chinese foods off a paper menu. We WILL return. Dinner price is $20, comes with soup, pot stickers or egg rolls (we asked for both), and rice (ask for it as it's in the back and they might forget to ask if you want it). Beverage is additional.

Chinese food is really good here. I also go for the buffet as well. Everything tastes really good - sometimes I think they are understaffed.

Friendly staff. One of our favorite places to go for Mongolian Beef. The buffet is decent for the price.

I've eaten Mongolian BBQ here and had take-out Chinese. Quite good for a small town strip-mall eatery. I'll be back.

Four stars - Good…read more We went here for dinner on a Saturday night. The restaurant was a little hard to access at night with traffic. There is a large parking lot in the back. The restaurant is decorated nicely. Our server was friendly, and we got our food quickly. The food was really good! I prefer egg foo young with a thick gravy, and this place hit that mark. The orange chicken was also good; it had a nice crunch while also having a good amount of sauce. We will definitely go here again.

Beautiful decor and venue. I was pleasantly surprised to see how authentic it felt to be inside…read morewith all of the Chinese decor. Really nice touch, which you don't often anymore. It provides a sense of cultural pride that can be lost in some places. Went here for at friends bday party and we had a large crowd. What I enjoyed the most is that we could pre-order our food, which I appreciated a lot. Having a large group of people can mean a delay in getting food, etc. but they were super efficient and we received our food in great time. What a bonus and reflective of their service. The waitstaff were friendly and attentive even with such a big crowd. Usually I'm fighting to get noticed or anything additional from servers but when we asked for hot chili oil and eggroll dipping sauce, they came back quickly with the condiments. Now, I didn't give them a 5 because our food wasn't too hot, and the hot chili oil was not hot as in spicy. It was good but not what I had expected. The eggroll was OK but the hot and sour soup and the beef green bean was so yummy. Well-seasoned. I also really liked that they have indicidual dinner meals! That is so nice when you don't want to spend so much, or want to get something specific and not share. Lastly, I bought sesame balls- just a nice sweet but subtle treat and they were so good. So delicious that when I got home, I ate the rest! I didn't plan to. Just happened lol! They are located by PLU and a little further than I would go for food since I live in North Tacoma. I will be back if there is another party or asked to. Hope they get good business/crowds here! Best of luck!
