Was out and about shopping and the wife got hangry and demanded Asian food, so we decided to take a chance with some place new. As always we ran to our Yelp app to save the day and found this place. Off rip it was obvious that this was going to be one of those times I had something "constructive" to say. The dining area is about as expected of a mom and pop restaurant tucked away in a medium sized shopping center, but off rip I wasn't impressed as the air conditioning didn't seem to be working and mind you it's July! Secondly the hostess was rude to both myself as well as my wife, but I was determined to get the missus what she wanted and decided to wait to see the quality of the food before storming out in a show of disappointment. We both order fried rice dishes ( myself the pork, and BabyCakes got the beef). The portion for what we payed was a saving grace, and the ingredients were fresh. With that said I won't be too harsh, but kudos to the cook because that person saved this place from getting a super terrible review from myself. I can't speak for the wife though because she doesn't like being talked to disrespectfully as she is a fairly easy going person and treats others in kind. Over all I give this place a 4/10. Enjoyed the food but would not come back just off that alone. I enjoy the entire experience from seating to cashing out and I wasn't impressed much. Food was awesome though.

Almond Chicken is my favorite fake Chinese food. Over my lifetime of trying Almond Chicken from different dining establishments, 99% of them have been lightly salty and savory. However, Honto's Almond Chicken was sweet, which really turned me off. Considering how much I spent and the food I received, I feel entitled to a refund. I advise patrons against spending their money on this entree, as it was horrible.

Food was solid, unfortunately dudes in the back were being perverts the entire time while my girlfriend and I were eating. Caught them looking legit over 40 times, enough times to even get a video of this guy and even saw him talking to other workers to check this girl out. Just came to enjoy a quick dinner on a Sunday, instead we left extremely annoyed and frustrated. Definitely won't be coming back.

This place is okay. Generous portions and lots of choices. I got the chicken teriyaki and the general tso chicken combo with an order of gyoza on the side. I liked the teriyaki but the general Tso wasn't super flavorful. The gyoza were pretty bland by themselves but got super salty paired with the sauce that comes with it. Basically a waste of $8. I would be hesitant to try the those again, however, overall my meal was decent. I ended up throwing away the leftovers. One other thing -- if price is a factor for you, this place is definitely a little more expensive than some of the other Teriyaki spots in the area.

Actually did not about this place until I received a Door Dash order to deliver so next day I decided to give this place a shot. And it was surprisingly really good! I had the spicy chicken and spicy beef teriyaki and it was delicious. Will definitely come back

YUMMY!! The best Teriyaki and Chinese food I've ever had in my life. They use never frozen fresh ingredients and you can really taste the difference. So glad this place is as amazing as I remember it. The teriyaki sauce is magical and the salad dressing is one of a kind. My favorite dishes are the Spicy Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Shrimp Tempura and Chicken Yakisoba. The portion sizes are HUGE! Service is always fast and friendly. This place gets really busy. Parking is easy. Highly recommend.

If you want five pound of soggy meat this place is perfect

It's teriyaki folks. I know prices are going up but strip mall teriyaki shouldn't break the bank. I'll be going somewhere else.

This place is way overpriced. You can go to a sit down restaurant with a waiter and order a steak for the same price. Ridiculous!

We ate there which was a bonus having the food freshly prepared & hot. Plus they have all the sauces in bottles if you request ( teriyaki, gyoza, salad dressing, hot sauce, katsu & soy). We each had a bento box which includes egg flower soup (delicious), salad, 3-gyoza (delicious ) and rice plus choice of 2 entrees $18.99. I had honey garlic chicken and general Tso's chicken. Loved the sweet garlicky moist chicken bites, but the Tso's was different than the norm, it too was batter fried (?) and no spicy kick or peanuts as expected. No real veggies either, just some diced carrots/peas in the middle of chicken. It was good but just sweet, too similar to the honey chicken without the garlic. Hubby had teriyaki beef and chicken katsu. Beef tender shreds, good but nothing memorable, but the katsu was the star, generous portion of juicy chicken strips coated in a slight sweet crisp crust. I'd definitely order the garlic honey chicken and the katsu next time! Must add again the soup, gyoza and salad all prepared great as well. Service pleasant. Teriyaki like everything now is getting pricey but the portion was enough for 2 meals so it works out.

Looked up on Yelp and came up with this amazing find. Located in a non descript older strip mall, it doesn't look like much from the outside. The inside is very cozy. Kodie was our server. She was amazing. Very cordial and friendly. We ordered the deluxe sashimi and the tempura meal. I included a photo of the sashimi meal. And yes it does taste as amazing as it looks. The fish was very fresh and the cuts were amazing. As for the tempura, it too was very good. If you've eaten tempura as often as I have, you can quickly tell the difference between low quality and high quality batter. Generous portion sizes too. The meals came with miso soup and a salad. Very enjoyable. Thank you very much again Kodie and the rest of the crew for a fantastic experience. We look forward to coming back the next time we are in town

We have ordered and tried the following: -Bento box with beef and mixed tempura $27.00. -Dynamite roll (it's ok) -Ari roll (yummy!) -Mt Fuji roll (yummy!) -Crunch Shrimp roll (yummy!) -Seaweed salad (yummy!) -Epic Spicy Tuna roll (yummy!) -Rockstar roll (yummy!) I had gotten their bento lunch special last year and was very happy with the amount of food but did not receive miso soup. They raised this price by $5 and I couldn't really justify that so I decided to get something else. My boyfriend got their sushi roll lunch special last time and in our recent visit and was happy with his choices. I got the sushi rolls lunch specials this time and I wished the rolls had more rice on them as there spots that had no rice at all or it would just come apart. For our rolls, we have tried their Philly roll, shrimp tempura roll, Lion King Roll, and spicy Bay roll. The sushi here is just your average sushi spot. It doesn't really differentiate itself from other places. For example, the spicy bay roll that I got just had a line of sriracha sauce and I was hoping for their own spicy sauce to top it off. The teriyaki was good from what I remembered but again, nothing to really differentiate it from other nearby locations. The service is friendly but they never come back to check on you or refill waters. Even when we were finished, the waitress was watching TV and must have got engrossed in it that she forgot we were there as no take out orders or other customers came in while we were there. They do have a large TV playing sports but no music and the TV was rather quiet. The space is nice but it just felt very dark but we sat next to a window so I could take nice pictures. I think this will be our last visit as there are other locations offer a better dining experience with better service and ambiance.
