Mongolian grill restaurant where you fill up a bowl with the ingredients you want and have the chefs cook it on a big grill for you. They have a variety of protein, carb, and vegetable options so I'm sure you'll find something you'll like. It's good a casual meal that's different than the other restaurants at the village, but it is just so expensive for what it is. Even for Whistler.

I have to say this place was amazing. The staff was great and super interactive. The vibe and music was perfect. The food was delicious. Yes, the price is a bit high, for the location of the business I feel like its in the range of what the price should be. They do weigh the food. Mine was high in price i had more stuff and things in it. I would recommend this place and I would definitely come back.

HIGHLY recommend if in the Whistler area! Food was fantastic and fresh, the entire group enjoyed. Also very vegetarian friendly. Service was great as well, and overall vibes inside were great. They accommodated our large group very well which was also appreciated!

This place is delicious. If you're in Whistler, I highly recommend this spot for lunch or dinner. They open at 11 a.m. Me and my man got there at 10:57 and once 11 struck there was people pouring in so get there early if you want. The service was amazing. The waitress that we had was so kind and the chefs were very kind to my man. It's $29 per pound so keep that in mind I ended up spending $31 for mine and it was just a little over a pound. I wish I could go back for more, but it's very pricey. Overall, I would definitely go back to this spot for lunch. Thank you, Mongolie grill!!!

A very unique restaurant where you select your own ingredients for stir fry. You select the sauces, you add your vegetables and meat. Great dining experience and services are great too. Overall a great concept! Here is my recommendation: - Remember you have complimentary rice as well. So maybe avoid noodles to save space. - The price is based on weight. So your stir fry can get pretty pricey very quickly if you are not mindful. - You can ask for hot sauce at your table so you can save some weight by cutting down on the sauce.

Overall ambience is a lo-fi beats album - its not overbearing, but it's not faint either - you can very clearly hear it. The environment isn't loud, but it definitely feels crowded. The way they seat the tables is left to right, front to back - and you can't even go up to pick your stuff until they give you the bowls - so you have to rely on fast service to get through. Food was decent quality (ingredients were good), and the cooking methods were standard. The only annoying part was the price - for 1500g of food it's $91CAD (priced at $61/kg) The other annoying thing was that they charge for bowl weight and for sauce weight - so you really have to be careful what you pick. One saving grace was saving $9 for checking in on Yelp - so if you're here - use that "check in" feature and get a nice discount! Service was also quick and straightforward. We asked for ice and chopsticks after we got the rice and sangria, and it was prompt. The amount of white rice they give (versus brown) is more - so order that if you care about quantity. Don't bother picking noodles since you have enough rice for the bowl. The actual location is centrally located in whistler village - you go up a couple of flights of stairs behind the Aritzia. Verdict: I'd probably come back again, but I'd have to be way more strategic in what I pick. My fiance gave me her remaining plate - but from what I picked - I wasn't full after (sad days). For the two of us the full meal came out to $140 CAD after tax, tip, and discount. Definitely not cheap - but also not the most expensive meal we've had in whistler village.

Food was delicious, ambiance was very cool and server Gabriel was excellent. We will definitely be back!

It can be really good because you are making your own dish, but it's really expensive for what it is. The price is based on weight, and when I made my dish with roughly the same ingredients and size of a normal restaurant portion, and it was $40! Although I would eat my dish again, I would not at that price. The ambiance was nice and fun though, and the cooks performed while they prepared your dish. We had fun, but just wished it was a more fair price. To save money, you can get away with no noodles because they do give you a bowl of rice.

Fun experience, not sure if its worth the price though. Its a little on the pricey side, for a mongolian grill with average ingredients.

Surprisingly great food, especially the pizza, for this kind of casual establishment!read more

Craft beer and restaurant near the middle of Whistler Village, just S of the Olympic rings…read more Parking here is horrendous. Surprise surprise. The place is part of Mark James group (Yaletown Brewing etc.), so one can already know what to expect if one has been to the other locations. Staff are friendly. Most of them seem to be Australian. Only complaint was that my friends and I couldn't be seated outside on the patio for some reason, even though there were clearly tables available (I didn't see any reserved signs). Not sure why the waitress insisted we sit inside where the place was maybe 30% full, but oh well. The place feels like a giant chalet, with the timber trim everywhere. They have a pizza oven, and the beer production tanks are visible over the kitchen area. There's even a toy train that does a circuit throughout the dining area (look up). One thing worth mentioning is that the bathrooms are on the 2nd floor, which may be a problem for some. Food here is Whistler pricing, so be sure to have deep pockets. I was told to try the High Mountain beef ribs, so there is now 1 less cow out there. 3 bones drenched in BBQ sauce, served on top of a pile of coleslaw and next to a pile of mashed potatoes (there is a fries option). Ribs were cooked well but the sauce was definitely on the salty side. I tried a piece of my buddy's prime rib and it's pretty solid. The portion size was definitely enough. I was stuffed. I also had a flight of their craft beer (4 glasses). As of the time of writing, they only have 8 beers available, but it was more than enough. Overall the place is worth a visit if one wants pub style comfort food.
