A couple of examples is you receive a text the day of your service asking if there is anything that may need special attention on this service, I wish they read the reply, they never address the specific issues during the visit. Their door-to-door solicitor shows you all the rave reviews they have collected on their site, must be highly filtered or false. As he is selling, he mentions a $250 new start-up account fee, it was amazing how quickly he removed it when I told him I wasn't interested. In May they increased their pricing, I called to cancel the service, and they dropped the price from $113.77 to $69.87, you might want to call them to see if you can get a better deal. That brings me to the reason I am writing this review. I received a third month of automatic billing, and I looked back at my last service email and they hadn't been here since the first week of June with it now being the last week of August and they said they have had route issues (one of their service techs was servicing a house across the street a week earlier) so my next service wouldn't be until September. I asked him to cancel, and he processed the cancelation immediately. When I asked how much the refund would be for the 3 months I had paid, he said he cannot process a refund on a closed account. He said he had told me this before he canceled, that would be a lie. Very wordy I know, the bottom line is, this is a very dishonest company that makes a lot of promises and doesn't deliver and if you are a current customer, give them call and see how much they can drop your bill! The Tech: inspects and treats my termite traps; sprays around the foundation for additional protection and other critter control, walks the grounds to be sure no Fire Ants are mounding, then pumps my TREX System so I'm protected between the walls. The result are as follows: quick death to the Fire Ants, NEVER seen a termite or suspected damage, have no inside pests (roaches, spiders or any other pests (except Squirrels, and No One can outsmart a Squirrel)! Never let Larry do the inspection, evidently he is still working there doing the exact same thing but again, it was renamed after the controversy. If an issue arises, only get another inspector or another company. Larry did not help me and was rude and blunt and negative.
