Brandon came to the house and designed a system that would work with our plumbing situation. Unlike others who came by, he recognized a potential issue and offered a reasonable solution. He did not try to upsell us (again, unlike others). They use Clack Systems, so there is no lock-in to a particular system. Maintenance is minimal (add "salt" every so often). Brandon and his assistant showed up for installation as planned. With minimal fuss, the unit was installed within a couple of hours. We went about 90 minutes without water.
