I am beyond frustrated with these people. They tell you one thing and it another. They will only tell you what you want to hear so that they can make a sale. Ken constantly makes mistakes on my policy and I am always having to go back and forth for the issue to be corrected. Every time I call this office the Asian girl who answer the phone will ask me a million question before she tells me that no one is available. I will be looking for another insurance company. Montana Insurance Services is a reliable and trustworthy company. I've gone here for the last couple years and they have always been helpful. The first time I came here, I came on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and they registered my car and bought my insurance the same day. By far the worst insurance broker I have ever had to deal with!!!!!!!!!!!! Paying full coverage for both of my vehicles over a thousand $$$/6mths! No bad driving record & when there is a lapse in coverage they decide it's unnecessary to contact me!!!!!!! 2 car accidents that they have not sought to even lead me in the right direction!!!!! Ken is the worst by far, with his stupid smile he proceeded to tell me he can't do anything for me but of course had no problem taking my $$ when I made a payment, the fact that I did not even receive a call after almost a week! I came to Montana insurance to transfer a car title to my name. I've never done anything like that before so I wasn't sure if I had to go to the DMV to do it. The agent was so helpful and quickly transferred the title for me, it took less than 20 minutes! Thank goodness I didn't decide to go wait in line at the DMV for that! The office is nice, because they are open 6 days a week and are open late until 7pm. Which is perfect for helping customers like me that are busying during the day and can come in late for service. Great customer service with knowledgeable insurance agents to help answer any difficult question related to your insurance policy.
