Although the staff were friendly, I would not recommend this dental office. When my son had a filling done, parents were not allowed to sit next to their child during the procedure. I could hear my son crying loudly from the waiting area, and when I asked the assistant if it was my child crying, she turned the TV volume up instead of addressing my concerns. After the appointment, my son left vomiting. Overall, the experience was very upsetting and not something I would feel comfortable putting my child through again. read more

Beware of unnecessary procedures! I was told my child had 10 cavities I did not believe them at all!!!! I got a second opinion and he only had 2 cavities. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! THEY MARKED UP MY SON!! My 4 1/2yr old son went in for cleaning they quoted me $340 for treatment. The day of treatment after giving my son the medication to mellow him down, they took him to a room and strapped his whole body down from his feet to his neck with thick heavy velcro wrap. My son came out with a bruise on the middle of his neck which makes me think was he having trouble breathing while sleeping for the bruise to be this bold AND in the middle of his neck? He also has a burn mark on his bottom lip, he had red marks all along the bottom of his neck (which was also swollen) and when he woke up he was frantically crying saying he was scared, never wanted to go again, "all of the dentist people and the dr were screaming at me" to top it off, DR. TOLD ME MY SON WOKE UP DURING TREATMENT "A COUPLE TIMES" how traumatizing! For being a children's place you'd think they would prioritize not traumatizing them!! Also, I didn't pay $340 they're charging me nearly $1,500! A list of 40 things my son "needed" and FAILED to mention until he was already asleep on the table 40 mins into treatment. I fought and asked them to only do the work they previously said as I only had $400 at that time. NOPE! Of course they said no, "the dr wouldn't like to have to put him back to sleep another time & charge me again" At my dentist, they won't do a lot of treatments in one visit. My son came out swollen all over his neck and face, crying the entire rest of day (when he's my calmest kid) fever for the entire day and still morning after. I gave him Tylenol regularly and was able to get rid of his fever the next afternoon. I'M NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE KIDS! The girl that strapped him down was also being aggressive and my son told her "you're hurting me" to which she said "no you're fine" & now I'm stuck paying $265 every two weeks for the next 2 months! I also fought to lower biweekly price but NOPE! SCAMMERS!! How do you go from $340 to nearly $1,500 IN ONE VISIT!? They got their money, at my sons expense. Photos attached. read more

Beware do not come here, my son got a crown done here that peeled leaving a sharp metal piece that could cut my son. When i called office to let them know and book An appointment , i was told to text them a picture and would get a call back, i never received a call back , keep in mind i let them know about the sharp metal that was hurting my son and could injure him. Next day came still no call back once i call them once again they start giving me running around not taking responsibility for their bad work. Telling me id have to pay out if pocket cuz my insurance would not cover because crown was down within the year. Ounce cross referring with my insurance , i was told by my insurance that the dental office was liable since the crown had not reached a 2 year mark. Since i wasnt being helped by this dentist office, i went ahead and took my son to my dental office which accommodated me right away after explaining to them the situation. This dentist told me it was not common at all for a crown to peel they way it did leaving a sharp metal edge. He was able to cut off metal piece and smooth it over. Also be ware this childrens office likes to take advantage of the insurance company and still charge you a remaining balance. I have PPO and they would always charge extra read more

This was my son's first dentist visit, and he was very anxious and hesitant. The staff made him feel at ease, and Dr. Nasibi engaged well with my son. He showed my son some of the tools that were going to be used, such as the mirror and scaler. Explained to him how and why the tools were going to be used. My son was relaxed and was never afraid. Everyone is so warm, loving and comforting here. My son fell and his teeth were almost knocked out....they were pushed back into his mouth and hanging on for dear life!
