The lovely lady is so good with my kids on their x rays. I really got to say, my daughter was 100% comfortable at age 3, and she was able to put my daughter so relaxed and calm and within mins the x rays were done. My son is 2! Almost 3, he is more than a handful, and again the lady did his x rays with flying colors. I just don't know how Then during my kids visit with the dentist, Scot W., He was very informative, kind, professional, and understanding. He was able to just make me feel good by teaching me and telling me things that I should know, shows me the x rays and explains the present and the future of what he foresees. He then finishes the process efficiently and my kids leave happy! I just want to say thank you doctor Scot, you make my kids dental appointments easy and painless! Because I grind my teeth, my natural teeth are a bit on the smaller side, which meant it took some extra time and meticulous effort to resize and reshape the new crown to align perfectly with my jaw. I tend to avoid confrontation, and I think Dr. Patrick picked up on that. He looked me straight in the eye and encouraged me to speak up if anything felt even a tiny bit off, insisting that it had to be absolutely perfect to protect my bite and jaw alignment long-term. Dr. Dom explained to me why parts of my teeth have more stains and tartar than others and gave me tips on how to manage them better.
