All things that are out of our control. This office decided to block us from making any more visits because of this and told us to call our insurance to find a new dentist. This is totally unprofessional and completely out of line. I am aware of their policy but this policy shouldn't pertain to people with sick children. I would advise everyone and anyone to stay away from this office. The dentists are good but the other employees that work in this office are horrible.
