First time at Moo Tea! This shop opened 3 months ago. It's in the same plaza as 168 market and CVS. My boyfriend and I like the interior design, It was a bright environment. As we walked in there was no other customers in the shop and the worker welcomed us. Since it was our first time at the shop it took me a little longer than usual to see what i wanted to drink. (Im pretty indecisive when i order boba drinks) For the longest time.. the gentleman who was at the cashier did not ask us if we needed help..so mostly my boyfriend and i just discussed amongst us. We both felt like this gentleman should have been more helpful and should speak up (as in he was pretty quiet even when we are standing in front of him). I ordered two drinks; one is the white peach oolong tea ($4.25) (not shown in the picture) and the purple yam fresh milk with cheese foam ($5.25). I want to say the white peach oolong tea was really good! And as for the purple yam it was nice and smooth. It goes well with the cheese foam! The purple yam with boba/cheese foam/pudding is my favorite drink here. Since it's fresh yam, it's so delicious. There's a few more drinks I got here and they were all good. However I would say the purple yam is my go to. It's a hidden gem and I'm so glad my husband found this awhile back. They have promotions on the weekdays so keep in mind that the wait time might be a little longer. I don't live in the area anymore but when I'm back, I love coming here. read more

ive gone to moo tea twice now and i really love their drinks! ^__^ the first time i went there, i ordered a jasmine green milk tea with boba and i reallyyyyy enjoyed it. i ordered it with less sugar and regular ice, and the sweetness level was perfect. i really love the floral taste of the tea, it wasn't too overwhelming or anything like that, and the boba was really good! the following visit, i ordered practically the same thing, but i look forward to trying new drinks! the inside is really nice and looks clean, and there's a few tables to sit at, making it a good place to spend time at (~: the staff are very kind and answer any questions you may have. will come here again! read more

Found on yelp so decided to swing by after dinner! I got the lychee tea with yogurt foam and my boyfriend got the white peach oolong. We ended up switching drinks LOL but hear me out I thought the yogurt foam itself was really good. I've never had anything like it - it's a creamy foam that tastes of yakult! The lychee tea was just a little too sweet even at 25% and I feel like the foam would've tasted better with the peach tea. It is the worst milk tea shop I have even been to in my life. Milk tea itself is not tasty. They forgot to add sugar to boba after boba is cooked. Also I feel disgusted when I found a small piece of plastic stick and some unknown small piece stuff in the drink. I threw it away after two sips. The drinks that they have here are pretty good. The reason why I'm giving them two stars is because their customer service is really bad. I walked in and the workers there just stared at me. I order white peach milk tea with boba & they forgot to put the boba in there....umm I think it's the purpose of the drink but ok. The vibe and service from the workers is very depressing. The store is slightly tucked away in the courtyard area between the grocery store and CVS. It was a little hard to see at first! Ordering in store was quick and they offered us a stamp card. There are marked 6 feet stickers for anyone waiting in line. When drinks are ready they are placed at a table next to the register. I got the purple yam with fresh milk no ice 100% sweetness and it was good! You could taste the yam with the sweet milk and it was a great combination. It was a little hard to scrape the sides to get the yam to mix with the milk but the drink was a beautiful purple color with a layer of white on top. read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. I love that the peach and taro flavors are not syrups but actually made from their respective produce. They taste amazing. But it's so much pulp and makes the drink so thick that it feels like a soup. I know boba drinks are already a mouthfull of chewing but these drinks really make me feel like I'm drinking something else. It doesn't help that the flavors are hot and even with the ice the drink is still warm. read more

I called ahead to make an order. However, I came quite late 1h for pickup due to traffic. Upon arrival, I realized that the staffs were doing my NEW drinks as per them the boba are hard to chew for staying too long in the fridge. They are fast and efficient with my drinks. Recently tried this new boba shop and they are offering buy one get one half off for their grand opening. They were known for their purple yam with fresh milk. I wasn't a fan of the taste and texture. The texture did feel like it was made of real purple yams. But the drink was heavy to my taste. And the drink got warm rather quickly. They specialize in Purple Yam drinks. I love all their selection of it. Not only for the purple color, but the yam flavor does come out too. It may seem strange to some, but it's not. Nice shop to have a boba drink, I got a Pineapple Tea with Yogurt Foam which is not too sweet - will recommend to others that don't want something too sweet. Stopped by because I had dinner nearby and I got the lychee tea with yogurt foam. It was quite refreshing and delicious! I asked for half sugar but it was still on the sweeter side so I'm not sure if they forgot or the original is just super sweet. The yogurt on top takes like yakult! I came in around 8:30pm on a weekday and there was little to no one there, except one other person. I ordered two jasmine milk teas with boba and the cashier also made sure to let me know about the BOGO 50% off deal. Their jasmine milk tea is some of the best I've had in the 626 in a while! It's super floral tasting and not overly milky. I got less sweet and it was the perfect sweetness for me! :) I will definitely be back sometime soon. read more

**current COVID-19 review** Although still a brand new non franchise store this place is pretty. I came here with my gf and the first impression I got was the smell. It smells heavily of yams when you first walk in and their specialty is their yam drinks. Since I'm no fan or yams or sweet potatoes I ordered their milk tea... their peach oolong milk tea is pretty good and I recommend it if you're not a fan of yams like I am. The tea has a really good peach taste and blended with milk tea makes it very flavorful.. I recommend doing 75% sugar in it since the drink does lean on the sweeter side. I have yet to try their other milk tea drinks but I will admit their topping list is small.. they only carry the basic toppings like boba and lychee jelly, nothing fancy. I will return here and they do have a stamp card available. Just do note there is no outside seating so it's all a to go place only. Grab the drink and go place. I forgot to mention their boba is plain boba not honey boba. But it's a chewy boba and it's decent quality. read more

This is a new boba place that opened in the 626 with a interesting menu so I decided to try! We got the Lychee Tea w/ Yogurt foam and Peach Tea w/ yogurt foam. I thought it was unique that they had yogurt foam as I haven't seen it at any other places. The yogurt foam is basically like yakult which is I personally like a bit more than cheese foam. The drink was refreshing but I would try to get it at a lower sweetness level as it was a bit too sweet for me. Menu is very simple but still have plenty of options.
