Moochies is a fantastic place to get a delicious Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, just don't go to this Moochies. The one in downtown or Lehi is better. The food at this one is still really good, but the customer service is terrible. There is one lady in particular who is always behind the counter yelling at her coworkers, telling terrible stories at the top of her lungs, or other types of obnoxious behavior. I don't want to be rude about it, but it has made it so unpleasant to go there that I've stopped going to this location. They must be in the middle of a meat shortage right now because the last few times we've been there, our sandwiches have been severely lacking in meat. Heard this was a must for a Philly cheese steak. So of course we ordered one, added mushrooms and grilled peppers and it was delicious. We also had a very yummy grilled cheese. They have a jumping jalapeño sauce and a variety of hot peppers to choose from, add these to your sandwich and you can't go wrong. The jalapeño sauce was so good we wanted to steal the bottle but then noticed that must have happened alot because we saw they were selling it and went that route instead. I got what I expected. I believe the SLC location was on DDD but we came across this location and decided to try it out. The food was very good. We got the meatball sub and phillycheese sub. I've tried out their downtown location and I was really excited about their new location in Midvale. I was hoping it would be a little bit cleaner but it still need improvements. I am pretty sure its an enough of a profitable business to afford cleaner seats. But, the food is always amazing when I go there. The only negative I would have for my hot wing chicken sandwich would be that they would add a little bit more filling to the sandwich as I was getting the bread taste a lot. Overall, the sauce was good, chicken was done right and their add on sauce was amazing. Really wish they didn't open so close to me, will be coming here again real soon. read more

Love at first bite. I always get the half sandwhich chicken philly with no peppers (long story) and grilled onions. I have yet to have a bad sandwich but there have been one or two times i wished there was more cheese. Can you ever have enough cheese though? Moochies is good. I for sure have more favorite sandwich places. The meatball is more tasty at firehouse. I like their cheesesteak. Good special sauce here. But the best kept secret here that I just discovered today, their cold cut chicken! Right?! Wow! Unfortunately this is not a good place to get a sandwich. First it's EXTREMELY over priced for what you get and the quality. Go to Subway first, half a sub at Moochie's cost $8 for a half and $14 for a full. We got cheesecake steaks, worst I have ever had. 4 slices of cheese on a cheese steak that is 12 inches long is a joke, same thing with the meat it's like they count wash piece so it's not to much. Horrible torn up driveway, don't turn in off state st. Unless you want to hit the giant pot hole, glad I spotted it I would of ruined my rims. The menu has to be picked up as if you were to sit down at a decent restraint with a server. Instead you have to stand there and read a menu.
