Visiting Utah, my husband and I were super excited to come eat at this place. We got a nice$5 discount for downloading the app for the first time. Extra bonus for our favorite mall restaurant. Then we ordered a Philly Steak sandwich with no onions and green peppers, but the cashier decided no mushrooms either. She did not get our order like we asked. Then we were looking forward to the fries, see pictures to see how good the ultimate fries look. Then our jaws dropped when we got our fries. I told the cashier that the fries were nowhere close to the picture and she said that it was what it was. She did add extra cheese sauce and bacon, but it was still a sad order. Lastly we got out sandwich and noticed the missing mushrooms and a 50 cent charge to our ticket for a miscellaneous item. At this point it would cost me more aggravation to ask for my 50 cents, but this is the straw that broke the camel's back and earned them a one star review. I hate restaurants that charge you unethical fees. Buyer beware. read more

ZERO STARS. Waste of money! (See pictures.) I ordered a veggie sandwich expecting the inclusions listed (mushrooms, pickles, tomato, Mayo, lettuce and the other veggies like peppers and onions). They totally forgot the pickles and there were literally 2 mushrooms on my sandwich. It also had no flavor. I had to add ketchup to slightly enjoy it. When I went to tell the employees they didn't offer and resolution and I had to ask for pickles, so they put some in a little carton to add to my nasty sandwich. Should have read the 2 reviews that I totally agree with but fries and the pictures were so fooling. Let me tell you after a small Philly and fries, I was still hungry. Gain a star because they have flavors you can put on your fries along with ketchup, and hot sauce so good condiments. Over $10 bucks with drink but you will be hungry and the meat is sliced so thin, it cooks fast. That should tell you something. Not a real or even close to a philly. Go to Subway's if you want a sandwich. Located inside South Towne mall food court. Look for no line. read more

I'm no food critic or no super healthy eater but I have never felt more disgusting after eating this slop. They advertise for this big juicy sub and you get a child's meal with hard any meat. Love the fresh ingredients and their all natural lemonades! The lemonade comes in a variety such as peach, strawberry and blueberry with fresh fruit chunks in them. I've tried the Philly Cheesesteak, Chicken Buffalo and Ultimate Club sandwiches. All are really good! I love how soft the bread is, Chicken Buffalo seasoning is really flavorful, and mushrooms on the Philly... Mmmm! The customer service is always quick and friendly. Philly steak sandwich, fries and a drink. My total rang up to just under $14 so I guess I got charged for fry sauce and salt and pepper? I thought about canceling my order and going somewhere else in the mall but I noticed they had already slapped my "steak" onto the grill. Got my food a few minutes later and noticed the "steak" was some sort of processed steak/meat, not thin slices of steak. It looked like Arby's meat grilled with cheese and onions. That's another thing, the "cheese" tasted terrible and I latter learned they use a white american cheese for the steak sandwiches. I personally believe most decent Philly steak sandwiches should have provolone or sometimes whiz and thin sliced ribeye. Everything here just screamed cost cutting. First watch you they ring you up. I bought a Veggie and they run me up for a Philly which was a dollar more. Then charged me for Fry Sauce and didn't include it in the order. I highly don't think it was a mistake because we talked about what I ordered. Check out lady was nice, but was more worried about the next customer. My son and I were not happy at all with this fast food restaurant!! We tried the chicken red pepper sandwich which was a special. I didn't know their chicken was compressed frozen meat - yikes! They were very stingy: 2 slices of tomatoes for a large sub. They sliced them in halves so they could spread them across our large sub. We ordered fries and had to pay for fry sauce!! Are you kidding me...... your in Utah! The real kicker is where we asked for the special sauce for the special sandwich, and we think we pissed the sandwich maker off because our sandwich was so drenched ( no stingy here) it fell apart as we lifted it to eat. This place is just ok. I tried it just because it seemed like the most interesting eatery in the food court at that given moment. I honestly feel like I could have made something more tasty at home. Not awful at all. But not grand. Had a chicken bacon cesar sub and friend had a Philly cheesesteak. If anything. Get the Philly cheesesteak. Don't get the loaded fries. To add insult to value, making it a combo costs extra, the drink is small compared to other fast food restaurants and they'll charge you 50¢ for a refill! The service is 5 star. The subs come out smoking hot and the portions are suprisingly satisfying. I would have liked more seasoning on the steak, but I'm fine adding some extra salt myself. The speed of service is great even during peak holiday hours. I'll have to try other specials they are more known for like chili cheese fries and their signature lemonade. read more
