The first time in 2023, they admitted it and had to repaint my wheels due to scratches from careless weight removal. Fast forward to 2025, I returned for a simple tire rotation + balance and now all four wheels are scratched again, identical damage patterns. This time, they flat-out refused to take responsibility, even with clear photo evidence and a history of the exact same issue documented on their own service receipt. Their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. They refused to escalate, resolve, or even acknowledge the issue. If you care about your wheels, go somewhere else. What should have been a fairly straightforward repair ended up taking over a week. Throughout the week we were given multiple updates that turned out not to be accurate. Starting Wednesday we were told the car had been pulled in and was being worked on, and at one point we were told it would be ready, but it wasn't. Each day we kept getting different information, which felt like the runaround. We didn't end up getting the car back until the following Tuesday. Being without a vehicle that long was a huge inconvenience for our family. When I asked if there could be any type of discount because of the delay and miscommunication, I was told they couldn't offer any percentage off because they had to use a more expensive part for the Audi. While they did apologize for the miscommunication, the overall experience was still very disappointing. To make matters worse, about five days after getting the car back, we started smelling gas and had to bring the vehicle back again to have it checked. That was very concerning, especially after just having repairs done. I understand that repairs can take time, but better communication and making sure the job is fully completed the first time would have made a big difference.
