My wife and I recently traveled for 10 mouths out west and back so I wanted to have the wheel bearings repacked, I had talked with several trailer service companies and mobile RV techs while on our journey and received estimates of $300-400 to service four wheels. Hometown Trailer Sales completed the job out the door for $150 and that included new seals, shop fees, and tax. All I can say is, great service at an exceptional price! My 37' Grand Design travel trailer was serviced by Jamie who has 30+ years of experience working on trailers and RVs. It was clear Jamie understands the importance of well-maintained wheel bearings for the safety of taking your RV on the road. Jamie proved to be skilled in diagnosing and repairing any issues concerning wheel bearings, ensuring our trailer is roadworthy and reliable. He took the time to educate me on all aspects of wheel bearing maintenance, suspension, and brakes. Since they couldn't fix our leaky $32,000 travel trailer that has leaked since the day we brought it home. I had to contact Winnebago to handle it. Only it's still never been handled one year later and now we have a huge water and mold issue. I'm going to contact a lawyer tomorrow to see if it will be covered under the Magnuson-Moss act.

The machine was broke before using it. Then they would not honor a return/exchange so we had to pay to fix it. The second time the machine broke I myself called them and was told they would accept the return but I needed to have it serviced first. We then went through the whole process(email manufacture) to take it in for repair, and upon receiving it back the extractor was doing the same issue! I demanded a full refund and was given the run around. I now am fighting for a full refund with Citibank, I have the BBB involved, and my next course of action will be my attorney. Detail now has the water extractor in their possession, they sent me a label to return it, delivered to them 3/27/23, and yet they still have not returned my $1529.52. I now am paying for a broken piece of junk that was returned to the merchant with the label provided by the company. SO WHERE IS MY REFUND?!!
