Instead I went with ribs and chicken with Mac and cheese. I've been getting used to bbq places bringing you small wimpy ribs, but this says two ribs on the menu it's more like three and some change they're so big. These ribs were so juicy, perfect amount of char, tons of flavor. Throw some of the table bbq to dip in and wow. Same with the chicken juicy, with a light crispy skin, and also even better with the bbq. Mac and cheese was also great. It was super cheesy and had a nice kick to it.

The building itself is absolutely stunning and you can't beat having a mezzanine AND a rooftop all in one venue. Of course having a wedding in New Orleans comes with challenges...especially in the spring. Rain quickly became an issue and the day before our wedding we had to rent a tent last minute for the rooftop. Steve worked with us in getting this done in a timely fashion and our guests continue to talk about how nice it was upstairs. While the rooftop cocktail hour was a hit, the food was as well. So many of our friends and family raved about the items we had on our menu and even though my husband and I only ate a tiny bit...I can certainly say EVERYTHING was DELICIOUS. Our signature drinks which were a French 75 and Old Fashioned were so good, too. Our guests couldn't get enough!  All in all, 10/10 experience and I wish we could relive our night all over again.
