My wife got the chicken pho, which came with the same juicy and simple but tasty chicken, and a broth that wasn't too salty but still packed with chicken flavor. The food was all delicious and reminded me of the same no-frills tasty cooking that my family grew up with in Philadelphia; even the veggies on the side were legit. To my surprise after reading online, the owners actually immigrated to Philadelphia before eventually relocating to Florida! This is a place that my husband and I keep going back to. It's been always for lunch and we never left disappointed or with an empty stomach. We've tried quite a few items of their menu ( different wraps, hot sandwich, burgers) and were satisfied every single time. Their fries are delicious as well. The staff is very friendly and efficient, which means a lot especially at lunch time when a lot of people are trying to make it back to work on time. Saturday August 23rd,2025 I went there with my daughter, because she wanted to go. I told her I haven't been there since 2000. I've heard a complaint about how the employees treat us Melinan beings. We experienced what I heard and we walked out. It wasn't busy, customers that came in after we ordered got their food before us. Waited over 40mins before I said fuc it let's go. We arrived early for our hotel before our cruise and the room was not ready. We decided to find someplace nearby to go eat breakfast. The diner itself was very unique And the Decour inside was very retro. We were greeted as we enter the door and take Our booth. Our waitress Amy was very friendly and offered suggestions with the menu. The menu was quite extensive and I tried the corn beef hash while my wife did the hungry man breakfast. This is my first restaurant review and unfortunately I cannot write a positive one. The food is ok-ish but the attitude of the staff was totally unpleasant. I felt ignored and I heard other customers feeling the same. This could be a nice diner but it's managed in an unprofessional manner . There was a guy with short hair and blue eyes who seemed to be manager who cared more about his cell phone conversations than attending to customers needs. No wonder the waiters are careless. When it comes to Diners, I am a pretty picky person. I like my diners to be old school. I want to be able to smell the grill as soon as I enter the place. I want my servers to be friendly, and at the same time have some personality. I want a traditional diner setting. And I want perfect diner style (and flavor) food. Stopped in for brunch during a visit to South Florida. The atmosphere, food and service were all disappointing. For starters, the floors were grimy with black streaks. Our waitress was not attentive at all. My pancakes were not cooked. I literally saw batter as I cut into them. How a diner messes up pancakes is beyond me. The service was good at first then fell off after we ordered our food- which was strange because it was not busy at all. We ordered the screwdriver & peach Bellini to drink. Steak & eggs and the Untoasted breakfast + side of ham. The screwdriver had an odd taste & the ham was extremely soft/squishy/seemed uncooked internally. The steak was not cooked well- but acceptable enough to eat. Our server never checked on us after we got our food which sucks because we needed a few things. A different server ended up walking by much later and asked if we needed help which is when I told her I'd like to send back the ham and screwdriver- both of which I barely took a bite/sip out of. I just told her I didn't like them and she got a bit of an attitude and wanted specifics as to why I didn't like it. I just reiterated i didn't like it and won't be consuming either so please take it back. We finished our food and no one ever came to our table again- while the workers were walking around helping the 5 other tables or talking amongst themselves. After sitting for 15+ minutes with our finished food, I just went to the front and waited for someone to check us out. I don't recommend this place and will not be back.

The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Very nice staff. We knew the food must be good when we saw the line of people waiting outside and it was only 9am lol. The ambiance was very casual and chill. If im ever back in town this is a spot I will surely revisit
