Moonwalker Breakfast Sandwich Catalpa Grove Farm Sausage, Fried Egg, Tillamook Cheddar, Garlic or Spicy Aioli on a Brioche Bun

Meh, wasn't impressed. On the high side of prices for mid sandwiches. 2 breakfast sandwiches & a bagel sandwich were damn near $50. Only partook because I was in the area. Aioli elevated thr sandwiches slightly. Doubt I'd return

    Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap

I came here for the Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap because Chicago was abuzz about it. It was a good wrap. It did not have croutons, and if it normally does there is a quality control issue. The chicken was good, there wasn't enough Parmesan cheese for my liking but my partner didn't mind the level of parm. I wanted more dressing too. It was a more traditional romaine lettuce. It was good though, just not my preferred type. I also got the cali Bfast burrito with Soyrizo. It comes with a habanero (probably) sauce. It was good, it had hash browns griddle type so it was crunchy which added a great texture to the burrito. It was more of a burrito than most places which are typically just breakfast wraps. The soyrizo was good. Not much seating, but it's a cozy place. There were kids in there, and they have doughnuts and juice.

A new go-to spot for me! I crave the English muffin sandwich. I'm not usually a dark matter coffee fan, but they do it right here! I love their nutso bout you latte (hazelnut and agave) and their banana bread latte. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. There's usually seating either at the tables and chairs or by the windows and parking on the side street. A cozy neighborhood staple!

If you have been searching for Chicago's best breakfast sandwich I have great news for you- the search ends here. The english muffin sandwich weighs about a pound, is the perfect mix of hearty and decadent with a beautiful chimichurri to brighten it up and is priced super reasonably at $11.50- my husband and I literally split one it's so massive. The coffee is great too- don't worry that the food steals the show. Aesthetically the cafe is cute with a handful of seats inside and some outdoor seating as well, and the team working seem to know everyone coming in and have a great repertoire. I'll probably be a regular here too soon enough! Incredible. 10/10. I can't rave about this enough.

We came here for a quick bite to eat and for some coffee. We decided to dine in. The owners and the staff here were great. They were very welcoming and made sure we were satisfied. They thanked us for stopping in and had smiles throughout our meal. They have a pretty big menu with plenty of coffee and breakfast & lunch offerings. My wife ordered their Dark Matter drip coffee and I ordered their iced coffee and their "The Brunch" breakfast sandwich. It came with lox in a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese, tomatoes, capers, cucumber salad and lemon vinegar. The sandwich was pretty big with everything ingredient working perfectly together. It came with plenty of lox and it tasted fresh. I would definitely order this again, but I would also like to try a few of their other offerings. I will definitely be returning.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Moonwalker is an adorable neighborhood café I often visit. I love that they use top of the line ingredients, have uniquely flavored lattes you don't see anywhere else, have vegan and gluten free options, they change their menu seasonally and even do frequent pop ups. I'm a regular patron so there are many things I can vouch for as EXCELLENT. For the sake of not making this review 10 pages long, I will focus on my two current faves. 1) The grilled chicken sandwich is exceptional, and my picture says it all! Every single bite is perfection. Each ingredient shines through, especially the in-house garlic aioli. 2) The roasted turkey sandwich is spectacular! Smoked in house and seasoned to perfection, super moist and outstanding each and every time! I don't even have a picture of it, because it always gets inhaled immediately.

First and foremost, I ate here this past Saturday. I was brought there steak sandwich. I had never…read moreeaten in the establishment before. I was thinking it wouldn't be promising cause I was thinking steak sandwich tuff, hard to chew, a piece of steak between two pieces of bread. Well I was duped on that thought. I received the stead sandwich, I opened the tray and was so surprised of what I saw. It was cut in half, and it was big. I took the first bite and let me tell you, it was so mouth watering I had to take a second bite. This steak sandwich melted in my mouth. It was all chopped up, into pieces, it was easy to chew, and swallow. It was seasoned just right, and I just couldn't stop eating it. I immediately asked where was this place. The sandwich came with a dressing, lettuce and tomato, on a French bread roll. I fell in love. I decided I needed to now go there, and get another one so I went there yesterday. I sat in the car in front of the place. I placed my order then went inside to get it. The restaurant has seating and lots of it for eating inside. They had tv's on the wall and a view to the outside. They had a public bathroom. There were patrons dining in when I arrived, and I walked up to the counter to get my sandwich. I informed hopefully it was the manager, that I had eaten the steak sandwich on saturday and it was mouth watering, and I just had to have another one. I didnt order fries when I made the order but I asked and they made fries to go with my steak sandwich. The fries too were just like I like them. Thin crispy and taste great. After speaking with the manger he wanted me to try another item they carried. It was an empanada, that too was delicious. The sandwich is so big full of steak, literally falling out the bread I couldn't even finish it. I had to save half for later that evening. This place impressed me. I don't know if they have self parking, I park in front, and ran in for my food and left. I was also told once they close the eat in dining for the evening they have a space next to the dine in that you can order for take out, and pick up till late night and thats a plus. I have to give this restaurant and awesome review cause it's rare to like everything about a business you frequent for the first time. The patrons that I saw eating at the tables looked happy and enjoying their food. I'm sure they carry more than the the steak sandwich, but that was my fav order. Thank you to the manager for allowing me to try the empanada free of charge.

Loved the flavors, though Mango agua fresca (7/10): pretty good, but tasted more like smoothie than a liquid drink. Not mind-blowing enough for me to spend $10 on it Limonada agua fresca (7.5/10): better than the mango, but same comments as above. Omar is a legend. He's so friendly! The whole cafe area is awesome. Just poor everything in one big bowl . The flautas keep their crisp even when swimming in the broth . I liked the shredded Munster cheese on the jibarito and loved the green sauce . Sooo good!! The restaurant is byob and we brought mixes for bloody Mary's and some beers. It was nice to enjoy the meal and not feel rushed . The wait time really wasn't that bad - I think I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The line did get longer around 7:50 so plan accordingly. I had the absolute best cinnamon roll (arroz con leche) of my life here. The texture was perfectly fluffy and the roll was abundantly iced with a cream cheese-y icing with some nice rice pudding. The rolls are massive too! I couldn't imagine any cinnamon roll topping the ones here. I have tried cinnamon rolls at a couple other hyped spots in the city. Do yourself a favor and skip everywhere else and just come here as the other places absolutely pale in comparison. I also got a strawberries and cream concha that was divine. There was a luscious strawberry cream filling that was a nice surprise. I had been meaning to try a concha for a while & I am so glad I got to try it here. This place is def in my top 2 bakeries in the city and I have tried my fair share. It's certainly the best in Logan Square (sorry Sugar Moon). If calories didn't matter I'd come here every weekend it is that good.
