Cuteness overload!!!!! That's how I'd feel if my dogs were with me, but they weren't. I had the lavender latte (tasty), and the breakfast bagel (yummy). Me and the fam enjoyed the cute ambiance of the lake town, and when I saw that there was a funeral home across the street -- notice that funeral homes are called funeral homes. It makes me very uncomfortable because it's as if that will be my future home. Home like Billy Joel's "You're my home." I cannot imagine that I will have the same feelings that his lyrics reflect. Regardless, if I did end up dying and that's my the elected "funeral home," then I'm glad that whoever still loves me will be able to have a nice meal at a doggy themed cafe. Waitress was sweet.

Amazing food, coffee, and service. The French toast is a mile high tower of deliciousness. Plan to take half of it home.

Another DELICIOUS breakfast experience - not once but twice when we were in town this past weekend. Such high quality food, wonderful service (go, Sage!), delicious coffee bar options, and cute decor. Love the ambiance of this restaurant. The Hash & Eggs is my FAVORITE. Chunks of fresh cooked corned beef, potatoes, and eggs. I added a cup of gravy with my biscuit. The biscuits are a MUST GET ITEM! I loved the MS Mocha drink w/ oat milk. Once again pleasantly surprised this small town eatery had non-dairy options. Love it. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meals - the sausage, bacon, and other side carts were tasty! Husband loved his Patty Melt. Big Fan of Moose & Stella's!

Great breakfast!! I'm have southern roots so I know a good biscuit and gravy, this is by far the best I've tried around! Tanya was the best! I got the hanger steak and eggs and whatever sauce was on it YUM! My partner got the traditional breakfast and he was very happy with it. The offered specialty coffees so I ordered a chai with Irish cream to go.

Oh my gosh, I love this place so I went there twice for breakfast. The lattes and cappuccinos are absolutely amazing.. better than Starbucks. The food was really good. The staff was great too! Will definitely be back when we are in the area.

For begin a little restaurant in Kalkaska it's very amazing. It feels like a mom and pop restaurant. Prices and not bad at all. My wife and I spent 40$ with food and coffee. The meals are hot and made very well. Inside and very clean and the servers are friendly and make sure you're taking care of. We had Farrah and thank you for your friendly service. We will be coming back

I've had occasion to stop here twice and both times the food was fresh and tasty and the service was great. The first stop was in the summer season and the second stop was recent (late October 2024). Off the chart coffee options but I am content with regular Joe. The only "ding" I have is they have that super duper sweet syrup that reminds me of a low end hotel one stays at on a road trip. Seems like it would not be too much of a stretch to get local maple syrup. Other than that (but that is a real "ding" in my book) this is a fabulous place. Update: On my third visit I noticed the menu option for local maple syrup for $2.99. While I thought that was pricey for an upgrade I gave it a try and it was delish! A much better pancake with a quality maple syrup!

Such a cute place! They have a huge variety of options for food and drinks, I wanted to try them all! The food was pretty good. Service was pretty slow. They were busy but it seems they needed a better system. However, the staff were extremely friendly and pleasant. The bathrooms were surprisingly updated and clean. I'd recommend this place for anyone in the area.

Cute little dive. Moose and Stella's named after two cute pups. The food was delicious and the service was friendly and attentive. We had: The Big dog. It was just that, eggs your way, bacon, sausage, ham AND yummy potatoes well seasoned AND a hot biscuit. Baked French toast. This was so surprisingly good. Imagine bread pudding meets coffee cake with strudel with fresh berries in a creamy sauce that you want to bottle up and take home to put on everything. This place was all around fantastic. Plenty of parking in the lot and around the corner on the street. If its a nice day eat outside their patio is adorable. And if you're like me and have pets well, they have a section on the menu for them. Definitely coming back and making this a regular spot to eat.

I think the two premier burgers spots in Traverse City are Slabtown Burgers and Glendale Burger…read moreShop and in my opinion, Glendale wins by a landslide. Insanely good smashburgers, perfectly cooked fries, and simpler menu that makes a few things really well. I had their version of a patty melt along with some Parm fries. My wife wasn't super impressed with the olive burger, but we loved the vibe and would definitely come back again when we're in TC.

The Oliver (triple) was exactly what I'd been craving in a Michigan-style olive burger. The pimento olive spread was generously slathered on to the crispy lacey-edged smash burger patties topped with Swiss cheese on a nicely toasted brioche bun. The olive spread was perfect...just enough to be bursting with flavor, but not so overpowering that it dominated the entire burger. The fam tried The Junction and The Laura, both on lightly toasted Gluten Free buns. The Junction (Glendale's version of the classic Oklahoma onion burger) was very good, and the GF bun was met with positive reviews. Glendale even offers GF fries, which were excellent (their normal fries are seasoned & battered; but the GF fries were a bit better). If you're looking for a thicker, juicier burger, this is not your place. These are straight up paper thin, crispy smashers. And if that's what you're looking for, I'd recommend no less than a double, if not a triple. Drink selections include bottles of various Northwoods sodas, sparkling water, and other choices from the cooler. Glendale presents as an old-school diner, with cool decorations and some posters of Saginaw heritage (the owner's roots). Speaking of the owners...the lady working the register and delivering food to everyone was one...and she was super sweet and nice. It made for a great experience right out of the gate as we were figuring out what we wanted to order. You walk up to the counter and order, then they deliver to your table; or you can sit on a stool at the counter, just like a classic diner. Plenty of seating, but when they get busy, it fills up quickly, yet the service remains fast for the cooked-to-order burgers & fries. Décor is fun (they have a Big Boy!) & fitting for the diner vibe. The entire place is extremely clean and well kept. Pride of ownership shines through in the entire experience.

After exploring other restaurants around lately, we decided to give the Clam a try again. Glad we did. Service Our waitress was great. Patient while we decided and helped with our lunch choices. Price Compared to other places around the Clam was reasonably priced. Especially considering the dishes were tasty. Restaurant The Clam had a nice feel. Tables spaced nicely. Everything looked clean. You can be seated outside on the sidewalk cafe if you'd like. Nice place. Summary We'll be back. I'll be trying the pizza next. It looked great and seems that it was a popular choice. Considering so many tourist trap restaurants around Cadillac and Lake City, the Clam seems to be a good go to.
