Since our move on Friday Sept 16, 2022 - I think I have mentioned Dmitriy and his guys to about 10 diff people so they can also use Philly Movers as their preferred moving company. The professionalism, service, expertise and thoroughness is honestly unmatched. When Dmitriy told me that they have experience with Ashley Furniture, I knew right then that this wasn't a random group of men who came up with a side hustle to just move. They are EXTREMELY efficient and EXTRA careful when moving, not to mention speedy! Dmitriy quoted me a time frame, for our move; you would think he's a psychic, because he was spot on. They provided ALL the supplies to wrap fragile items, to wrap mattresses and couches to prevent dirt marks, and they even unmounted our 75inch TV for us. Whatever they had to take apart, they put back together as well. Their price quotes compared to everyone else I reached out to was unbeatable, and the fact that they didn't charge all these random extra "moving fees" was amazing. It was a flat rate that included EVERYTHING! That along with his professional, friendly and expert advice and phone service skills was what sold me and I immediately paid the $100 deposit and booked Philly Movers. I recently used Let Tiger Do It to help me move out of my apartment in a high-rise building in the city. I can't recommend them enough! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, which is not always the case when it comes to moving. Their customer service was top-notch. They were super responsive, answered all of my questions, and made scheduling a breeze. I love the price transparency, no minimums, and no hidden fees. On moving day, the team showed up on time, professional and ready to work. Living in a high-rise can be tricky with elevators, scheduling, and tight corners, but the movers were very skilled and handled it like pros. If you need movers look no further!!!! I moved more times than I care to remember using all kinds of moving companies. This was the best!!!! My mother needed a large dresser/side board which I found in a store that doesn't offer delivery. That piece was beyond heavy. The drive would take 10 minutes. I've reached out to 10 companies and the quotes were with the minimum of 2-3 hrs for movers to even consider coming It would be cheaper to get a new one with delivery We pretty much gave up when I got a call from Dmitryi ( I didn't even leave a message). Dimitry, Kennedy, and Khalil were excellent ! Dimitry was great to work with and he was so responsive during the planning of my son's move to Jersey City. He came up with a solution to every one of my concerns. I would describe him as a "Yes Man". He was such a pleasure to work with ! Kennedy and Khalil were also fantastic movers. I requested movers on Monday and received a prompt reply. Every other company required a minimum of 4 hours. I had a small job that only required 1-2 hours of labor. I messaged back and forth n got a quote and a commitment to have the furniture moved on Thursday. They showed up, wrapped up n picked up my items and we were enroute to my new location. Dmitriy is very responsive through Yelp, email, and phone. I was able to secure my moving date a month in advance. My team consisted of 3 men (Dmitriy, Mike, Khalil "K") and a 20 ft truck. Everyone was amazing and completed the entire move from a 3 floor townhouse to a house in less than 5 hours! I appreciate the transparency, consistent communication, and efficiency. Moved living room furniture from NJ to PA (50 minutes driving distance). Reasonable hourly rate. Great customer service. Quick response to question. Very professional. Furniture was fully wrapped. Front door was removed to get sofa into the house and then restored with no problems. The (2) movers were very nice. You could tell they had experience. They moved the furniture in with ease.
