Review 124/365 Day Challenge…read more I love Inspirations Gift & Home. So happy they moved much closer to mee. This was my 1st time coming to the relocated boutique off Imperial Highway & Yorba Linda Road. Same plaza as EL poLLo Loco or Subway a few doors away. They currently have 2 boutiques due to the Holiday Edition one. Now i know where to find JellyCat plushies for my daughter. She loves them adorable plushie company that makes the cutest adorable so cuddly and soft Plush. They gave it all including tennis balls and pickle ball too! They have an Embroidery GaL that can embroider your special items you've shopped for and want to personalize it. Located at the Holiday Boutique Shop. I'll need to make my way to their original store right across the building, same Plaza. Associates are so friendly here. They are always asking us if we need any assistance or help to find a particular item. LOVE, Love the vibes along with unique cute gifts for everyone including yourself. Parking can be a bit hard since it is in a smaller plaza. Highly recommend stepping your foot into this unique boutique. It's like a hidden treasure chest of Yorba Linda.

The selection of items are great and i should point the reality that they have lot of unique things that you cant find in any other location! I love their Budha's selection. Valuewise, its affordable cuz its home goods but they have pretty big section for their clearance items and they are correctly priced. And the items aren't broken or damaged like the other stores that have clearance section....So 5/5.

I honestly feel this HG has one of the BEST selections and for some reason, with the lowest prices! I expected to pay over $160 at the register but was pleasantly surprised all my items only came out to be $85!!!!! Both the interior and exterior probably need some renovation, and from reading some of these reviews, their customer service evidently needs some improvements, however, I feel like I have found my favorite HG locations. Cake stand for $7.99? Spice jar for $4.99? Appetizer dishes at $9.99/4? Their infamous giant reusable shopping bags of designs I haven't seen elsewhere for $0.99? All of these and other items are now in my back trunk. :) Today was truly a great day!

DO NOT CONSIGN FURNITURE HERE!!…read more Through a fantastic moving company, (honestly they were great) trying to help us consign some furniture for a unit in Las Vegas an entire unit from the Waldorf-Astoria, was consigned to this store . They are unwilling and unable to provide receipt receipts with redacted customer information on how much these items actually sold for and scribbled on an inventory sheet how much they claim that they have sold for. The woman, Chris, basically told me that she's not going to do that and then hung up on me. I have never encountered a less professional consignment store in the years that I have consigned furniture, personally and professionally.. they donated a side table without giving us the opportunity to pick up nor did they give us any notification that they were going to donate it. I would avoid this place like the absolute plague it is.. as soon as they take your money, they do not want to be held liable for proving how much the furniture actually sells for. There are numerous other places that will be honest and be able to provide receipts with redacted customer information. They claimed to be a "mom and pop shop" but the inventory list is printed from some sort of inventory software, I assume the sale price should also be listed in the same system (how else would they be able to keep track of the consignment amounts to be paid out?- it's by contract number). They are dishonest and rude and dismissive. Of the over $10,000 worth of furniture that they take 50% of.... It's not with the headache or the loss of income. Do not do business with this store, and "Chris" you should probably retire if you're so absolutely miserable and rude to the people who are providing you with income. Shame on you.

I remember going to Cost Plus with my sister when I was a kid. It was always a fun, exotic…read moreexperience. There was Pier One & there was Cost Plus - Pier One was the more corporate experience option. Then Cost Plus grew up. Some changes were immediate, some took a long time. I think it comes down to how I feel when I think of going there, specifically the one in Brea. This isn't a grocery store - why do we have to pay for bags? I'm buying bottles of wine & dishes, picture frames - if I buy dishes and home decor at Macy's, I'm not required to buy a bag. It was always part of my Christmas tradition to make Cost Plus my first stop for gifts - but a couple of Christmases ago, I bought a whole cart full of wine & food gifts. I was not allowed to take the cart to my car, I had to leave the cart in the store and trust that the employee helping me wouldn't be pulled away by time I brought my car around. And it was raining by the way. Once upon a time, the store would reward members with a $10.00 birthday gift. That got changed to a discount. So every once in a while I get a text message telling me about a promotion and I used to enjoy getting those messages. Now I just delete them.

I've probably stared at a Kirkland Storefront for years, thinking it was related to Costco,…read morebut...nope and nope. Turns out, it's a sweet furnishing store with lots of pretty cool items. It kind of gives me the thought of if Pier 1 Imports and Crate and Barrel decided to elope, and this was the shop that popped-out. It gives the "Summer at the Hamptons" vibe for me. But nonetheless, it's a nice store. Smells really nice currently (October) with their fall collection of pumpkin spice scent bags and Christmas decor throughout their store. I didn't get any greeting from any of the staff though, but heard greetings for customers who came in after me. Maybe it was a one-off or it was off, but is a partial reason for just a 4-star. Greetings should be equal for everyone that walks in. Kirkland's is in a large shopping center and parking is aplenty. Worth to stop in if you want to be taken away by furnishings that you'll probably just adore from afar, unless you have a huge house, or mansion, for their many larger furnishings and decor.

She then says "um this lady wants to buy this". She could have easily walked up and said "excuse me, this is already being purchased, can I help you find another?" ANYTHING along those lines is basic customer service. Employee is an older woman with short red hair. Kirkland's has great items, but the experience completely brings down the value of this store. I wouldn't want to spend my money anywhere near that woman.
