Unfortunately, the catering service did not align with what was discussed. The buffet opened late, and the bride and groom and guests were served significantly behind schedule, which disrupted the reception timeline. We also experienced resistance to having the flatware and glasses on guest tables as planned, and I had to step away from my guests to manage trash removal all while needing to vacate the venue by 10 PM. On a positive note, the food itself was tasty and many guests enjoyed it. I share this feedback to help future clients know that clear execution of timelines and agreed-upon service is critical, especially for milestone events.
