    Before

We had Morales plaster our brick fireplace and the transformation completely elevated our living room. What was once dated and underwhelming is now a beautiful focal point with real presence that perfectly complements our clean-girl aesthetic. We couldn't be happier with the result. Alejandro, the owner, is a joy to work with and keeps a close eye on his crew - they are supremely clean and polite. Looking forward to working with Morales again!

Fabulous communication, fair pricing, and excellent work. They repaired an exterior wall for us and installed new weatherproofing, weep screed, stucco, vents, and crawlspace doors. They did a great job and went above and beyond to ensure everything was to our liking. We can't recommend them more highly!

Morales Plastering did a wonderful job of opening up my wall and removing dry rot and replastering . They are the most professional home repair service that I have ever had. On time, pleasant, attention to detail, and easy to communicate with. They're pricing is reasonable for the amount of work that they do. Check out the pictures. I feel lucky to have found them.

    New stucco in the process

Great workmanship, the crew was very respectful and cleaned up very nicely after each day of the project. Mr Alejandro Morales was very honest and up front with details and the work that needed to be done.

Had a leaking window on the side of my house. They answered all my questions, gave me options, and completed the job quickly.

Newly stuccoed second floor. Walls and trim repainted.

Our two-story duplex had siding on the second floor that was falling off. We decided to replace the siding with stucco. After talking to several contractors, we selected Alejandro Morales and were very happy with the results. He helped guide us through decisions about how to do the stucco in a manner that looks good with the areas we were not re-stuccoing. His lead project coordinator, Cesar, was very communicative and responsive as they managed the work during a rainy period. His crew also did some additional painting so that the final result looked great. I recommend Alejandro Morales.

I really love there work they did amazing and they did everything so well they did everything in order and make sure we knew everything about the project and how it will go and they did amzeing and they worked so well

Over the years, whenever a workman has ventured into the crawlspace, the feedback is always the same--"Who did your crawlspace encapsulation? It's the best I've ever seen." Often, I'm asked to provide Ernesto's contact info. Certainly, his work has stood the test of time. Next year we've agreed that our pump, which will be 14 years old, should be replaced.

I went with a middle quote, E-Mora Construction, and I'm so glad I did! I was anxious for the sump pump work to be completed before the rains began. Although E-Mora Construction had a full schedule, they managed to squeeze me in and completed the work ahead of schedule. The workers were great, and tidied up after work finished for the day. The sump pumps and moisture barrier were installed in two days. Ernesto Mora himself came to offer the initial quote, and returned once the work was completed for a final inspection, and to collect payment. When my electrician went into the crawlspace to install a dedicated circuit, he came out and said that if it were his house, he'd be "very happy with the work, and I've been in a lot of crawlspaces!"

On the positive side, the crew (Antonio) was punctual, easy to work with, and efficient. The whole job took 3.5 hours. The issue came with the placement of the sump pump discharge location. I had talked to their sales lead (Bill) about having the water be discharged to the street where there is a storm drain. Instead, the sump pump "pop up" was placed 8 feet from the front of the house, way too close. Water can flow back under the house, defeating the purpose of the sump pump entirely. When I called Bill during the job to talk about our options, he dismissed our concerns and immediately pointed to the contract, implying that this was our fault because we signed the contract. In reviewing the contract, the design was completely unclear about where the sump pump would exit water. Bill continued to skirt the fact that that we had discussed pumping water to the street, and instead, he baked a different design into the contract with unclear markings. We are dissatisfied with the poor communication, but even more so, the lack of accountability from the company. If you hire this company, just a word of caution to walk through the design with them before signing and make sure you're on the same page about everything. We are going to have to bring someone else out to fix the issue. One more thing ... I was flabbergasted that when talking to Bill on the phone about the iffy sump pump discharge location, Bill was trying to upsell me on encapsulation! Read the room, dude.
