My daughter loves the chicken nuggets and seasoned fries. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the staff is attentive from the moment you walk in until you leave the restaurant. I came here for Miami Spice Lunch, the ambiance was very nice and intimate and the space was pretty big. I had the Summer cocktail which was super refreshing and sweet. For appetizers I had the Sifrino dip which was okay , had a bit of a Vienna sausage taste. I had the Picahna Toston which was amazing , the sauce that it comes with was delicious. I really recommend the Parrilla Maute which has of veriety of meats plus tostones, Yuca and chimichurri which was super good. Also the "Best Picahna in town" was good comes with two sides and portions where pretty big. For dessert I had the flan which was creamy and delicious, the churros which were good but nothing crazy, and the papaya dessert was very interesting , like nothing I've ever had before. Came here in a group of five and had a little bit of a wait so we waited at the bar and had two delicious drinks. We wanted to focus on the Miami spice menu. The food was good, the steak was a little salty, but the waitress explained that it's the sauce that it's made in. I had an espresso martini it was delicious. Whenever we fly to Miami from California we try to make this our first stop! It's such a fun atmosphere, the staff is always so friendly, and we just feel home away from home with their comforting Latin flavors. This is a wonderful Gem that was recommended by a friend. To be totally honest I was not expecting such a wonder when arriving at the parking lot.. but you'll be surprised. Parking is tough even though it's in a plaza there's limited space so go in with time. We were greeted when arriving and sat within 6 minutes; however I have to note that I didn't like the hostess asking if it was necessary to bring my stroller with me... there's a reason why I brought it in and it's where my baby lies when we're dining. The service was good, we were attended by Jose Alberto. He recommended the best option between two parrillas and was on point when advising about food and beer. We had the parrilla del asador, enough for two adults and a kid. Also we had the fried arepas with suero and nata. Arepas fried: amazing toasty and made to perfection Parrilla del asador: great presentation and amazing taste. Steak cooked as we asked and it comes with a bunch of sides that balance perfectly with the plate. Also comes with chimichurri and guasacaca Beer: cielito lindo: very good artisan flavor, only order if you're into artisan beer. Dessert we had the Venezuelan Nutella marquesa. It was great, a bit pricey for the size but perfect Also I think the juice my son had was expensive, $9 (more than the beer which is not usual) but price for the parrilla and the plates is fair. Not cheap but totally worth it. The music has a perfect volume level to be able to have a conversation and there's also fresh and spacious vibe in the restaurant. Delightful ambiance. The bathroom pathway has neon lights which is very cool. Definitely a good place to either go with family or have a date. To add to the good experience I just say that Manuel, who I believe was the manager also came to check on us and asked how was everything. Very kind. The plate came with 8 Oz Prime Flap Meat, Picanha, Pork Belly, Homemade Artisan Sausage, Super Crunchy Fries, Tostones, Boiled Yuca With Mojo, Chimichurri & Guasacaca. We came here looking for good food. We found the place incredibly gorgeous, to the eye it is very appealing. It seems like they require reservations, so heads up. The wait time was super fast, 5 mins with no reservation in Miami. The food: I had the Mordisco experience dinner, which is a 3 course meal with an appetizer, main course & dessert. For appetizer I had originally ordered a picaña or steak app but unfortunately they didn't have them so that was a bummer, I was convinced to have instead the ceviche. This was a different ceviche from what I am used to, but it was good. For main course I had la a carne en vara, which was really good. And this was my favorite part! The dessert, I had a Venezuelan Marquesa & WOW it was SPECTACULAR. I would come just for that. It was my first time trying one, but I will definitely have to learn how to make one. I recently called to place an order after seeing the lunch special promotion. Since I was on my lunch break from work, I wanted to try Mordiscos for the first time. When I called the first time, I was told that the lunch menu was available on the website or on Uber Eats. The person I spoke with seemed very busy and gave me the information quickly, so I went online to look for the special myself. After finding the lunch special online, I called back to place my order. Unfortunately, I was placed on hold for 12 minutes without anyone taking my order.I have not visited the restaurant yet, nor have I tried the food, so I cannot comment on the quality of the food. However, as a first-time customer, this was a disappointing experience. If the restaurant is unable to handle phone orders in a timely manner, it may be worth reconsidering running lunch specials that encourage customers to order during limited lunch breaks. The service was poor -- we constantly had to ask for basic things like water and napkins. The food arrived cold and lacked the quality it once had; even the churros were served cold. To make matters worse, the bill included an $8 charge for tap water. It's really unfortunate to see a place that started so well drop its standards so quickly. From the service, to the drinks, the amazing entrees, and the ambience we cannot wait to come back the next time we are here in Doral. Two of us enjoyed the steak with sides (do not miss the black beans here), and the other got the bbq ribs. We were able to try the Miami Spice lunch menu- the three appetizers offered were good, the entrees were also good minus the chicken sandwich (it was bland and thoughtless). For dessert their grilled pineapple one was delicious! The service at the bar was lacking, I felt the bartender was a little inexperienced. So happy we decided to try this place out for dinner. I went with my daughter for dinner and ordered the Cesar salad with steak, side of tostones, passion fruit margarita and the kids picahna with fries. The quality of the food was really good; The meat was cooked to temperature, and the salad was packed with flavor. My only negative comment was on the brownie dessert and service. The brownie had some really hard and crunchy pieces that were very difficult to chew so it threw off the dessert since it was hard to enjoy. The service was slow, they did not approach us often to check if we needed anything (refills, if the food came out okay, etc.) And the side of tostones were extremely overpriced ($3.50 for two tostones - you can buy a ton of platanos for that price).
