He fixed the irrigation line but re-installed the pot backwards with the seam to the front (very ugly). The pot was also installed way out of level. Pics below. I sent him these pictures and asked that he make this right. He refused to come out and suggested I find someone else. I understand that people make mistakes, but when they do not stand behind their work, it is not acceptable. I will not be using Sergio again for any jobs big or small. And will not be recommending him to any of my neighbors.

After many unsuccessful attempts of hiring a hardscape contractor, Saloman arrived punctual to provide an estimate for my backyard project. He completed the work timely as promised and left the entire area better than he found it. Impressed with the backyard hardscape, we asked him to start on our front yard. As expected, Saloman is a true artist that loves his work. Unlike previous contractors, he meticulously trimmed and shaped our palm trees without damaging the trees or any surrounding plants. Also, he even cleaned our roof that was full of debris. The most impressive thing about Saloman is that he works on each project with such care and attention to detail as though it's his own house. And unlike some of the other contractors (we got many other quotes), Saloman's prices were very reasonable and lower than all the other contractors. So I would suggest if you're looking for your system to be repaired properly, I would use someone else. He did charge me $170 for a an incomplete repair. The technicians that I did have come out and fix it the following day actually tore out what he because they said it wasn't done correctly. Update.... They apologized and gave me a full refund.
