Walking into a AD Rolex store can be intimidating for some people (I am dressed right ect I myself shorts guy)but I can tell you from my experience here I have always been treated with the upmost respect and fantastic customer service. I truly appreciate Mr Moretti himself taking time out his busy day to come out to say hello and chat and get to know his customers personally, Great guy, shows his character and what kind of business this is and why they been in business for 44 years. Took in my daughters Rolex for service and when I received back it needed an additional link and Mr Shields went beyond to get the link as quickly as possible. While they have high end jewelry also, I came in to check out the watches. They have a modest selection of Pateks and Rolexes available for viewing and a handful of Breitling as well I believe. I would first like to address the reviews talking about snobbery. Believe me, I am far from looking like a wealthy professional, walking in with my jeans and comfy weekend shirt on. Ruben showed me any watch I even casually glanced at, not thinking twice about what watches that I could or could not afford. I am a minority and am pretty sensitive to perceiving inequality, and there is none here, period. Ruben and Mr. Moretti were very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about their wares... Highly recommended! Come here to see a nice selection of watches, whether you are ready to buy or not you will be treated with respect if you are respectful. I expect nothing more or less. Many of the super hot/rare Rolex and Patek Philippe models are not going to be in stock... this is the same at all the authorized dealers around. The Daytonas and Nautiluses are probably sold before they even get to the store. You might, however, catch a glimpse of some other wonderful models, like I did, and find one that you love. read more

I don't know where to begin with this company. i've been to and bought from over 30 different rolex dealers in this country. This dealer is by far the rudest Dealer i've ever been too. I went in two weeks ago wearing a stainless steel daytona. i was asking if maybe they could help me with a GMT batman or the new Sub that was released. Their exact word were to go to the dealer i got the daytona from because it wouldn't happen with their company. the older gentlemen there are rude the guy that wears the white gold Patek. He thinks he is a God because he has that watch on. I have 3 of them. i didn't care to share that info with him because he was rude with the comments he was telling me. they only have one or two ladies watches available. they won't put out anyrhing your looking for. i've been going here for 5 plus years and every time i go i think ok maybe this time they will actually wanna help me. Wrong! it's gotten to the point now when they see me walk in they don't even get up from their chairs to say hi. I recently purchased an engagement ring for my now fiancée from Moretti's, and we couldn't be happier. Ruben took great care to listen to what I was looking for and show me diamonds that aligned with my requests perfectly. He brought in several stones they didn't have in stock very quickly. When I described the type of band I was looking for, he showed me a picture that was spot on, exactly what I wanted. Other local shops went straight for the book of bands and we started flipping through options, which was overwhelming. Overall he took a very consultative approach to the entire experience, which I really appreciated. We will absolutely be back to look for our wedding bands. Any sufficiently expensive piece of jewelry should be specifically insured. This can be done quite easily through an existing home owners or renters insurance policy, and the cost is quite low when you consider the thought of replacing the ring yourself. This is true of any jewelry you'd buy from anywhere. I'd highly recommend Moretti's to anyone who is in the market for a piece of wonderful jewelry. When (after no call back three days later) I wanted to get a second opinion, they said the work was finished. When just the day before they said it would take 5 days. I brought in a breiting watch to have the band adjusted,and since they are a dealer of breitling I thought id be met with friendly service . Instead they were snobs and short with me and I saw they had my exact watch there and wanted to see how much they were selling it for the snob behind the counter concealed it from me,.if you're an arrogant jerk this is the place for you. read more

I bought some Rolex's from Morsetti's for work and had a great experience. I needed the watches to be shipped (and insured) to California and they did it for free!
