The warm welcome, attentiveness, professionalism and expertise given by Dr. Yampolsky and her staff is superb. The atmosphere of her office helps to ease the anxiety I feel whenever I step into a dental office. With Dr. Yampoksky I know that I am in capable hands. Prior to becoming a patient, I was dealing with cavities, periodontal disease, tooth sensitivity and the results of an incomplete root canal. My oral health was quickly deteriorating and Dr. Yampolsky and her staff were instrumental in restoring my smile. One of the most impactful treatments that I received is Laser Therapy. My gum disease was not responding to traditional methods of deep cleanings and antibiotics. Dr. Yampolsky gave me hope when she informed me that her office would be offering a new and revolutionary type of treatment, laser therapy. I can say that upon completing a series of laser treatments and making the recommended changes to my oral hygiene routine, my gums are completely healed and healthy. I allowed him to do two implants on me which ended up failing and he told me he would refund me and never did. One "failed" and one was placed incorrectly! He owes me over $11,000. Mind you he owes me that much but put me into collections during covid over a $200 invoice Dr. Jacobson is extremely untrustworthy. He will act like a friend but he's not. He just wants to charge you and your insurance as much as possible and provide subpar dentistry. The only thing keeping that place afloat is the wonderful dental hygenist and the receptionist.
