I applied for a position here on January 27th. I have sent now four messages via Indeed and one email. All of them have been ignored. The job listing remains open and yet they still choose to ghost their applicants and not even look at their email. It's extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate EDIT: After I made my review and withdrew my application, the business finally got back to me. They used the excuse of having a "very high volume of applicants" to not respond for THREE MONTHS. They said they wouldn't move forward with my application (that I withdrew earlier today). We have a warreny on my engagement ring. It had three missing diamonds and my husband took it in. The lady handed it back saying it's all good and cleaned. Never mentioned the missing diamonds. He had to ask. She was like, oh do you want me to send it off.... Like yea. Of course we do. We paid to get this type of stuff fixed. My wedding set came from Morgan Jewelers in 2017. I hadn't even been married a year when the set lost stones on three different occasions. Each time, the staff were helpful and replaced the missing stones with no charge and no argument. But by the third stone loss, I was a little frustrated and asked them what my options were. Without hesitation, they said "we will remake the entire wedding set. we want to make this right for you." And they did. I was even able to continue wearing the old set while they made the new set. I bought a ring and earrings on Christmas Eve for my wife and earrings for my daughter. The ring was a 7 but my wife needed a 6 1/2 so they sent us to another location to have it resized. But then they want to change you $60 to resize the ring. That is crazy when you spend over $1,000 on a ring and resizing cost more. Or they want you to pay for their protection plan for$130. That is a waste only thing that would happen to a ring is you lose a Dimond or something they are not going to replace that. So as usual plans like that are a waste of money. Anyway I have bought jewelry many times at other jewelry stores and sizing is always free. I will never buy anything else from these people. Terrible customer service and just another rip off store. If you are looking for Honest, Integrity, and Quality I would steer clear of this jewelers. They had been my jeweler since the early 90's, but not any longer. They lie, do not honor their word and deliver low quality jewelry that is over priced. Even though they say they understand and sympathize with you when they don't deliver....they really don't care and you get stuck paying for it. Soooooo Disappointed. I had a fantastic experience purchasing my wedding ring through Morgan Jewelers! This was the 4th jewelry store I visited and although all the other places were great, Morgan Jewelers stood above them all. Their store manager Tami and associate Nada who helped me where amazing; kind, personable, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to show me the differences between diamond colors and flaws to make me feel educated about my purchase. I wanted to have some of the diamonds in the band replaced with sapphires, so Nada and Cyndi did the most incredibly thing, they colored the diamonds to help me see what the ring would look like with blue in it! So simple, yet it showed me what my ring would actually look like! No other jeweler did that for me. Also, I appreciated that I would be able to purchase my ring and swap the diamonds for sapphires with no additional cost accept the labor. They were the only store that offered this! Every other store wanted me to buy the ring as in, purchase the sapphires, and then I'd have left over diamonds to use for another occasion. Not being a huge jewelry person, that would be a waste for me so I'm very grateful Morgan Jewelers gave me a different option. I purchased the lifetime warranty along with my ring and it was ready in a week; newly sized and with sapphires! I absolutely love it! I definitely recommend shopping at Morgan Jewelers. I had a great experience buying my ring. A year later I moved to San Diego and while on vacation in Oregon I dropped off my ring to get fixed and cleaned. I was told I could pay for fed ex and they would ship it to me since I would not be in town to pick up. I thought it was great! But then 3 weeks after my ring was supposed to be delivered I spoke with the manager Tammy and she mentioned they do not ship for free. I let her know I paid what was asked of me but she said that was not enough. They refused to pay the difference owed even though it was their error. Honestly I would not do any business with them in the future and would not recommend anyone else do either. You might get a good deal but they really need to work on their customer service. read more

Generally, I stay away from Jewelers in Malls; that being said - I needed to exchange a Pandora® bracelet for a larger one. Already having run into a problem with #Ben Bridge I was reluctant to call another one @ Clackamas Town Center. I was pleasantly surprised by how courteous the gentlemen answering the phone was. Upon arriving at the store I reminded him that I'd called and he had total recall of what I needed. Exchange handled with no problem.
