The body lines didn't match, the paint had obvious imperfections, the color was noticeably off, there was excessive orange peel, sanding marks, and numerous other flaws. To the owner's credit, he immediately agreed the work was unacceptable and personally redid the repair, which I genuinely appreciated. Unfortunately, even after the second attempt, the finished product still looks very amateur. It's far from the level of quality I expected and is disappointing every time I look at it. The people here are genuinely kind, communication was good, and the turnaround time was reasonable. That makes writing this review even harder. But after two attempts--including the owner personally handling the second repair--the lack of attention to detail and overall quality is hard to overlook. Looking back, I probably should have paid closer attention to the vehicles they had on display. Several of the "finished" cars in the showroom showed similar paint and bodywork issues that should have been a warning. I hate leaving a negative review because everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. I just wish the workmanship had matched the customer service.

Also, back when my wife and I were signing papers, the car salesman (Larry) lied right to our faces on just following up on some concerns that we had with the car. Typical car salesmen tricks! Can't really expect allot from a car salesmen... And somehow, the thing that I was least discussed with (but yet still very important) is how over priced there used cars are. I talked "Larry" $4,000 down from their "JUST REDUCED PRICE" and I was STILL over paying on retail according to KBB on a car that should cost between $10-$12K. As someone who is totally clueless about cars, they were honest about what was essential versus non essential to repair so I could stay within budget and they answered all of my many questions thoughtfully, thoroughly, and with kindness. Protech mechanics made sure they didn't miss anything through their detailed inspection and diagnostics. They did not try to pull one over on me and upsell like many mechanic shops do. The cost was completely reasonable given the cost of parts and time for repairs. Additionally, they were not just going through the motions of their job, they really went the extra mile (pun intended lol) picking me up so I didn't have to walk to the shop to make my payment and get my vehicle. They go above and beyond for their customers. Everything that needed repaired with my car was repaired, I got to ride with the mechanic to ensure it was fixed and ask any last questions, and overall could not be more satisfied with this experience. They had it for 2 days and when I got it back there was a heavy vibration and howling sound. their 90 day warranty was not honored as they said for another nearly 1,000 which was already payed the first time. I took the odometer reading before then after,as there was 12 miles they put on. I paid 2,850 to have it done right by a car dealer. $3,850 total. Motor mount was left loose,engine was drifting which caused axle breakage.
