Honestly ... very mediocre place compared to others in Tempe. I've been about 3 times, very inconsistent each time. I expected better today, with all the COVID-19 protocols and such. However, bathrooms were disgusting, hardly any soap in the dispenser. The first glass of water i got which was about 15 min wait with no server coming to the table had a dead bug on the rimand then half way through the meal, a daddy long leg spider crawled on the wall right next to my face!! Was excited to see a morning squeeze here. I was actually on my way to snooze and was told to try this location.We were a table at five and we all thought the good was just ok. I didn't like that the flax seeds were just thrown in the pancake.The coffee was really good though! I'll def come back to try other stuff hoping that something will taste better. read more

We went to the morning squeeze today to get some breakfast and was told there would be a 10 to 15 min wait. 35 mins later I ask the hostess how much longer it would be to which she replied "I am going to try to seat you right now" when we were finally seated, nobody came to our table for at least 15 mins. Once the hostess finally returned with some waters, She asked if the the server had helped us yet. When we told her no, she apologized and said she would grab her.. we watched the server serve everyone else but us, including people who came in and sat down after us. At 11:00 we sat down for brunch. We noticed how hot it was then asked if they can drop the blinds and lower the AC. The manager said the blinds are decorative and the AC was as low as it could go. Our food had been ordered or we would have left. When finished we walked across the street to Pedal Haus brewery perfect climate larger place yet cool. Was in town for Sun Devil Days, needed a good breakfast place to get the day started and this was it! They have a lot of unique dishes on the menu - not the usual ho-hum breakfast items. I had the Hangover Bowl, which was absolutely delicious. I would definitely order toast or a biscuit to go along with it (to sop up the chile). My dining partner had chocolate chip pancakes. They were big and filling and got the thumbs up from a pancake snob. He also had a side of scrambled eggs, which were also good. Rented the green bikes near ASU with friends in town for a campus tour, and took the short ride to Mill to enjoy a delicious breakfast on the outdoor patio. If you want to pay 7 dollars for an orange juice and eat hockey pucks for turkey, come here! The place is pretty small with kind of inefficient seating. The outdoor part is relatively cool (by the bar) though. Service is ok but nothing to write home about. It was just an expensive brunch 40 dollars for two people, simple meals- kind of a rip off. Love this place. Came in for brunch and had an exceptional experience. I was alone so I sat at the bar and the adorable bar tender Chloe helped me. I wasn't quite sure what to order and Chloe made a great recommendation. I love overnight oats and she recommended I try theirs. It was delicious. I had a mimosa too and it was mixed to perfection. Have been impatiently waiting for this place to open since they started construction a while back and I finally found the time to go with my sister today and it is officially one of our favorite brunch places now! The staff was so friendly, the restaurant was cute and clean, and the food was delicious and had such generous portions! Our waiter, Dequan, was so helpful and attentive and nice. Uhm just called and the sassiest girl answer and said they arnt taking Togo orders because they are on a 45 minute wait ????? Maybe you should get some more staff to accommodate this because I've never heard of a restaurant who doesn't take Togo orders when their busy . I work as a server at a restaurant and the wait gets up to 1-2 hours and we still take Togo orders . Get your stuff together . Update my coworker when in to order right after I called and guess what NO WAIT And the restaurant wasn't even full . They also took the order right away . I love the avocado toast! It honestly is the perfect portion for a healthy breakfast! I get it with the eggs scrambled which is a little different, but honestly wouldn't get it any other way. Other places, I would get the eggs poached or basted, but I definitely prefer them scrambled at Morning Squeeze with the way they scramble their eggs....MHMMMM! Morning Squeeze is a great place to eat at right when they open at 7am because parking is free on Mill Ave prior to 8am. If you check in on yelp, you can get free bottomless coffee and if you are a blackcard member at Corepower, you get 20% off your bill. There is literally a ton of win-win situations when you eat at Morning Squeeze, from the deals to how good the food is. Ate at the bar which was connected to a large outdoor patio where we enjoyed the breeze while drinking my skinny vanilla latte which Chloe, the delightful young bartender made perfectly.
