When they arrived, I was still doing some last minute things but they got right to work after I showed them what was staying and going. They worked so quickly and were essentially non-stop! They were faster than the estimated move time which has truly NEVER happened across nearly a half dozen moves that I've made. Dwayne seriously took my stress level down a few notches which was such a relief! They were professional and friendly. I was moving from a one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom townhouse so I wasn't sure where everything would go in the new place. They put everything where I asked and made adjustments without a problem when I changed my mind. By the time they left my house already felt like a home (with a little help from my brother-in-law who set up WiFi, mounted the TV and put things on my bookshelf) but the furniture arrangements were spot on and they even organized where I'm storing a bunch of holiday and travel stuff. Avoid this facility AT ALL COSTS…read more TL;DR My storage unit was broken into because of gross negligence on the part of management. I will be filing a small claims lawsuit. The unit next to mine was vacated a week after I moved in, and instead of properly securing it, they left it WIDE open--despite there being nearly a 2-foot gap from the ceiling, providing direct access into my unit. Unsurprisingly, over $2,000 worth of my belongings were stolen: brand new performance tires, electronics, board games, and collectibles--all gone. When I confronted management, they couldn't have cared less. Their response? "You didn't buy our insurance, so we can't do anything." Not only is that a ridiculous cop-out, but I also have my own insurance policy. What matters is that they completely failed to provide even the most basic level of security or responsibility. I might as well left my belongings on the street. To make things worse, even AFTER the police came and filed a report, they continued to leave the adjacent unit WIDE open for weeks. They knew it was an access point for theft and chose to do nothing. The facility itself is in poor condition. The units are constantly wet due to leaks in the roof. There are no security cameras inside, only one at the gate--which does absolutely nothing once someone's inside the building. No hallway cameras, no alarms, no safeguards. It's completely unacceptable. This facility failed me on every level: security, accountability, professionalism. Their negligence cost me thousands, and their attitude added insult to injury. Do not store your things here unless you're okay with losing them.

I received an emailed bill stating that I was late on the Oct. payment and would charge a late fee. It also stated if I did not pay within 14 days my items would auction off. I attempted to pick up and remove my items in storage, and after explaining and clearing the matter of the payment agreement I made, they want to charge me the full amount that I was discounted for or I could not get anything out of my storage unit. There is a large sign in front of the office stating that the 1st month is free.
