Victor arrived on time, diagnosed the problem (worn out shock absorbers), ordered the parts and came back a week later and made the repair. He is very knowledgeable and didn't mind having me watch him work. (I was interested in seeing what the inside of a washing machine looks like and he took the time to show me around!)
