The dishes paired well with the matcha lemonade, which was aesthetically presented, had a subtle sweet lychee flavor, and was perfectly balanced. I've been to other Jinya's and this experience matched the quality and service of the other times. I'd definitely recommend coming here if you're craving ramen!

But fast forward a few hours, and we're toasting with a bottle of wine, sipping cocktails, and diving headfirst into a full dinner! Talk about a plot twist! The ambience? Classic steakhouse vibes with a cozy bar area that makes you feel right at home. Perfect for those who want a little fancy without having to dress to the nines! The bartenders? Absolute gems! They were attentive and in high spirits, making sure our glasses were never empty. My dining partner ordered a steak that was cooked to perfection--seriously, that thing was a masterpiece! And my lobster tails? Wow! They were so good I considered proposing to them on the spot. The wine list was impressive but still accessible. I mean, I could actually pronounce most of the names without sounding like I was about to start a tongue twister competition! We met up at Morton's/Reston, VA - to gather over a cigar. The atmosphere and support for cigar camaraderie there is the best it gets before dropping 25k/year on cigar club membership. I organized the gathering and was thinking about the friendships and chance to get together - the venue was background, wasn't thinking about it all. That said, Edwin our server was a pleasant compliment to the surrounding and timed his service perfectly to keep us in good spirits. Our group was treated with 'over-the-top' white-glove experiences that the manager Scott Michael Harcup personally secured. He and the service staff, including the kitchen delivered beyond our expectations and even up to the point of closing the kitchen ensured that our table had perfect steaks ordered and prepared for us after the close. We will be back and will absolutely come for an evening of cigars and food again- I am about to send out invites to a dozen professionals in my network for our next Morton's evening event. I have visited several Morton's establishments, and I must say that the Reston location stands out as the finest. Zorah, in particular, was exceptionally knowledgeable, and it was evident that she genuinely enjoys her work. Her recommendations, from beverages to culinary selections, were impeccable. I began with her suggested lemon drop martini, while my husband opted for the State Street concoction. For our main course, we once again followed Zorah's advice and ordered the wagyu meatball, the wedge salad, and the Cajun ribeye. Every dish was absolutely delightful. Although I had intended to save room for dessert, I found myself quite full, so I chose the Key lime pie martini, another of Zorah's excellent recommendations. Used to go to Morton's in Reston Town Center but stopped for a while as other restaurants opened in the town center. Stopped by for the first time since they remodeled last year. The reception area is more open than before and the dinning room is more modern. Came in with my two kids and was surprised to find they do not offer kids menu. So we ordered fillet and the kids split it in two and the steak was cooked well and tender. Also ordered the Chicago style bone -in and had great flavors. The fries, used to be thick cut, is now the skinny kind which we preferred. The sauteed broccoli was very good. Definitely see the improvements but may not be a regular in absence of kids menu. read more

The upscale chain restaurant, located in the Reston Town Center, offers delicious food and wonderful service, and considering its prices, it really should. Still, even those who pay top dollar can sometimes get mistreated by a business, but if my personal experience is any indication, that probably won't happen to a Morton's diner. Speaking of which, if you're looking for a meal recommendation, I'd suggest the jumbo shrimp cocktail, followed by the filet mignon and the crème brûlée. read more

Every time I visit Morton's, I leave happy. The lobster bisque and French onion soup are both amazing. My filet is always cooked perfectly. And dessert is always good as well. What I really like is the amazing service. I personally drink and insane amount of water and this is one of the only places that always keeps my glass filled without asking. We decided to come and have lunch at the bar while walking by. The female bartender was rude and slamming glasses and plates the entire time. She was friendly with a table behind us who were smoking "vape" inside. The place is cloudy with smoke from this "vape". I'm shocked that a Mortons would let them smoke inside around other customers and my 5 month old son. My bf didn't know what to choose and ended up getting 2 meals and finishing both. He had the Lamb Chops... After trying a bite, my life was changed. It was so tender and delicious. Melted in your mouth. Our waiter Kevin was top notch. He was very attentive and even made sure to prepare a birthday treat for my mom. Which was a surprise! I asked to speak to a manager, which I like to do so they know when they are doing good, not just getting the complaints. Usually when I ask for a manager the waiter gets an attitude, but Kevin wasn't concerned in the least. The manager came over and looked nervous. I told him it was the best experience we've had in a while when dining out. My only complaint... For example, they don't just serve an old fashioned, because everyone's had one, but they have a coconut old fashioned that is unique and I'd definitely recommend that one. Their food a little pricier than other options around, but it is very good. You can tell the their food is made from scratch, and the quality of ingredients is very apparent, and for that, I do pay their prices. Their coffee and pastries are amazing, sometimes I just go for a little morning coffee and donut break. Try their Jefferson donuts, simply amazing. If you're in the area, this is a great place to stop by, no matter time of day. Grab coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner or happy hour, you won't be disappointed.
