It was as if they took a whole bunch of stuff & slapped it together with no regards to who the flavors or textures complemented each other. The regular hot slider is the only thing I tried that saved this review from being a 1 star. I give it 3 stars on the strength of that alone, the rest needs major work.

The staff was aware of the wait and actually acknowledged it, apologizing in a genuine and friendly way. That kind of customer service goes a long way. Everything came out hot and tasted like it had just been made. The chicken was crunchy on the outside, tender inside, and the portions were generous. The fries were hot and crispy with that soft center you want. Even the sodas were mixed well and tasted great. After being on the road all morning, it really hit the spot. The price stung a little, but the food was fresh, the service was excellent, and overall it felt worth it.
