My husband and I came on a Thursday morning around 9am and the place was packed! Luckily, we were seated right away in one of the half booths. The girl at the front made sure it was okay with us because it was a tight fit but we didn't mind. Our server was Marc and he was great. He brought us the famous complimentary coffee cake and took our drink orders immediately since we were still looking at the menu. Marc gave us a few recommendations on what to eat because we looked like we were struggling to decide. I ordered the blueberry ricotta pancakes which came with 2 eggs and 2 strips of bacon. My husband ordered the Texas style chicken fried steak and his meal came with 2 eggs, a side of country potatoes and a biscuit with gravy. I'm glad we had the coffee cakes to munch on because the smell in this place is so good!! I love the smell of bacon cooking in the morning. I, personally, wasn't a fan of the coffee cake (it was a little on the dry side) but my husband liked it. As soon as we finished the coffee cakes, our meals arrived at the table. It was so much food that it could barely fit on our table! The blueberry ricotta pancakes were so dang good! The ricotta filling was creamy and not too sweet. It had the perfect amount of ricotta in between the pancakes and on top as well. The pancakes were fluffy and filled me up quick. I loved that the bacon was crispy and not smothered in oil. My husband's chicken fried steak was tender and not dry at all. The gravy on top was also delicious! We had to take the biscuit and gravy as well as half my pancakes to go because it was so much food. I wish we lived closer so we could try more of the menu every week. My family and I drive from Fresno California all the way to Temecula just to have a taste of Mo's fried chicken, coffee cake, and their moco loco. This place NEVER disappoints!!!! Amazing costumer service, fresh good, and overall a clean and friendly atmosphere. The 5 hour drive is worth it! So, my gf and I were in the neighborhood and looking for something to eat, didnt realize how early it was (originally wanted pizza) 8am. Most pizza places dont open usually around 10 or 11am. So we see this place and decide to go on in. Considering how packed it was in the parking lot we figured this was a popular little diner. The service was great, the food was fantastic. Huge portions! My gf got the Jefferson Omelette and I got the Chicken Enchilada Omelette. She got toast but I asked for biscuits and gravy. They clearly made this biscuit by fresh and homemade. Discovered this place this past weekend and will definitely be returning! The decor is very homey. The place was PACKED, but the wait only took about 10 minutes. The staff was welcoming, and overall in good spirits. They served us complimentary coffee cake with glaze prior to our breakfast, which went well with my morning coffee. I ordered the 'Wiseguy omelet,' which came with sausage, bellpeppers, and other yummy delights. It was great. Their fruit bowl and their potatoes are good, but the egg whites in the omelette were repulsive. Probably premade egg whites which is not good for an "egg house". Sheer laziness, clearly. Disappointed!! After reading some of the great reviews my wife and I decided to have breakfast there today. I ordered the pancakes, eggs and bacon and my wife ordered the huebos rancheros. When the food came, i noticed the pancakes were thick and light in color. I took a bite and right away i noticed it was dry and had no taste even with the syrup. I continued to eat hoping it would get better but it didn't. Left 3/4 of the pancakes uneaten. The only thing I ate were the eggs and bacon. My wife complained about her plate too. The beans and rice didn't taste good and only ate the eggs and salsa. The staff was great and friendly. Needless to say I wont be going back. Sorry Mo. read more

We left stuffed and with plenty in our boxes to-go. Another plus is that every staff member that I saw had their masks on properly which was so nice to see. Got here around 1130 am on Presidents' day. Had about a 10 minute wait. 2 person party, I ordered the biscuits and gravy early riser special and my friend ordered another early riser special- I forgot which one. I was expecting your everyday biscuits and gravy but WOAH these biscuits are HUGE! And the big helping of gravy was delicious. I was only able to eat about half of a half of biscuit- yes 1/4 of a biscuit because they are THAT HUGE. Once you order your drinks, they bring out complimentary coffee cake. I haven't tried mine yet as I didn't want to get full before my meal but I'll be taking it home. It's very busy and with that comes a bit of noise- duh. Arrived on Sunday morning at 9:00. It was busy but the wait was about 20 minutes. Not bad at all. There were 5 of us and we sat at a large booth. Plenty of room. Our server didn't come around for over 10 minutes. Evidently she went on break and nobody knew. Yet service was saved by a great server. She was on point, quick, and knew her job well. The menu is extensive, with something for everyone. My companion had the eggs Benedict which looked beautiful and she described as tasty. After asking about the difference between crepes and Swedish pancakes and being told they were the same other than the jam they came with, I ordered crepes along with eggs overhard and sausage. The eggs were done perfectly and the sausage was tasty. Unfortunately they weren't crepes but simply a thin pancake. This is the reason for the rating, if 3.5 were an option I would have given that. Food was served hot, eggs poached perfectly (I loathe over cooked poached eggs), and the hash browns were crispy; though, they don't seem homemade. Our server, busy as she was, managed to check in on us a few times and wanted us to have a good meal. We would definitely return. My sandwich was good, but I put in more condiments when I took home the extra because it was a bit plain (I was feeling a bit under the weather, so it could be my sinuses affecting my taste). My boyfriend wasn't a huge fan of his pancakes, but he doesn't usually eat ricotta so he thats just his personal preferences.
